Political leaders, popular social media influencers and probably Human rights activists are all doing everything they are doing for securing their future and that of their children with no intention of solving Nigeria's problems .Nigeria has a very high poverty rate, high number of school children dropouts high rate of unemployment ,bad roads,corrupted system of checking substandard drugs ,the insecurity,etc

All of these bring a higher need for a good healthcare system which is a very major necessity for all Humans survival. But, a large majority of Nigerians cannot afford good healthcare.
Even in the situation of insecurity,a great provision of healthcare can save lives

So
For something that would take lives which would lead to loss of businesses and homes and lead to a humanitarian crisis in a country,for as long as 25years,It would mostly be as a result of a major deficit in the healthcare system of that country
