I once retried to siphon petrol fuel from a Yellow keg into the generator by covering the keg mouth (hose inside) and blowing a strong breeze…such that the gas pressure would force the fuel into the tiny hose. This is a common thing people sometimes do if they don’t want to swallow fuel.

Lo and behold, the gas pressure forced its way out and entered my nose…up to my brain.
Omoh! I first sit down for floor…I could feel my head became so light like gum as I struggled to with consciousness. This happened for some minutes but it was like hours. I can never forget.

It was after a while I regained consciousness.

It's just some form of weak faith.
I believe that if someone asks for something from God with a humble and believing heart and another asks for the same thing with 30days of fasting and prayer.

The one who received with a simple prayer would appreciate God more.
He would be more humbled before God and he would have greater Joy because he knows he didn't do anything to deserve what God did.
He just enjoyed God's mercy. He would be forever grateful for it.
But the other would still feel he worked to get what he got.
He would still have some sort of "pride" that he "did it" with God.
And the more scarier side
The one who fasted and Prayed would find it difficult to ask for greater things from God because he would start calculating how much more fasting and prayer he has to do than before to get something bigger.
This itself can bring frustration and sadness to the person.
But the other would simple be growing in Faith and Grace.

Jesus emphasized on Faith

"All things are possible for he who believes"
He didn't make prayer the major criterion
He made Faith the major criterion

He even specified the fact that people should not pray repetitively by repeating words like the heathen who believe that by their many words, God would hear them.

When people asked Jesus how to pray
He taught us how to pray with a very direct, detailed prayer which its short amount of words show how much Faith and Righteousness is more important than long prayers.
With Faith, few words as taught by Jesus, are enough to receive from "YOUR" Father

Notice the emphasis on "your"

If you are a true son of your Father,he won't leave you asking again and again from him when he has abundance of what you are asking for.

A popularly misquoted Bible verse in this context is the parable of the unrighteous Judge

2. "There was a judge in a certain city," he said, "who neither feared God nor cared about people. 3. A widow of that city came to him repeatedly, saying, 'Give me justice in this dispute with my enemy.' 4. Firstly
If you say God is like that Judge in the parable then you are saying that God is unrighteous which is totally not possible.
The beginning says the Judge neither feared God nor cared for people
But God cares for his children and he so much loves the world that he gave his son to take away sin from those that believe in him lest they perish

Secondly
Jesus said we should learn a lesson from the UNJUST Judge.People started learning lessons from the persistence of the woman using it to justify that they have to pray many times before God answers(as if God is like the unjust judge)

Verse 7 Jesus asked if people think God would keep putting his people off when they ask him for something.it was a question which he answered in verse 8 that he would "grant justice" "QUICKLY" not after many nights of prayers or many days of prayers again and again. HE WOULD DO IT QUICKLY.

But Jesus asked how many people would have faith when he returns
Faith to even believe that God would answer quickly.

Truly some people believe that they have to continue to pray again and again to make God answer. Sometimes it works,but it is according to their Faith, so it takes time as they have believed.

But then, there would be people who believe that God answers quickly
And instead of praying repeatedly, they spend that time assuring themselves of what God has done. Reading the words of Jesus that assures them that they have received and then thanking God for it and having great joy for it.
They receive quickly.

All of these things are actually for Children /Sons of God.

You have to be a Child of God first before you can start this journey of Faith.

How sure are you that you are a child of God.

The above verse is just a part of the things that make you a Child of God.

I’ve been thinking about the Nigerian belief that you MUST clap for others to "accelerate" your own success. We’re always told to "tap into the grace" or "key into the testimony" so our own turn can come.

​What happens when you’re in a season of pain, or you’ve tried the exact same thing someone else did but failed, and you just don't have the energy to cheer? Does staying silent or "staying in your lane" actually block your own blessings?

All the blessings of God have conditions and are automatic

By Grace, people are even saved.
Receiving anything from God is by grace.
No one can say he or she did something to receive something from God.
They would find someone else who did nothing and received more than that.
By Grace one obtains mercy according to Paul
"Let us therefore come with confidence to the throne of Grace to obtain Mercy"

But then

How does one receive grace

It can only be given by God for only a single reason

AND IT IS HUMILITY

But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble " (Jas 4: 6)

There's no other place in the Bible that describes how Grace is gotten without mentioning Humility as the condition
And interestingly,there are only very few(maybe 2 Bible verses) that even say how.

It is only by Humility.
Someone who is very humble would enjoy many graces of God that others won't be able to understand how or why.
It's a secret albeit glaring in the Bible.

The concept of Tapping grace is totally not biblical at all.
Not even with someone having the grace of God praying for another person.

Many people touched Jesus garment but only one person was healed from it.


Many people are prayed for by people who are seen to have Grace but only few who God sees their hearts receive their healings or miracles directly from him.
