Kobojunkie: w Again, Jesus Christ of Israel NEVER loved any man or men more than he loved His own self..in John 10 and John 17 it is literally explained to you that the major reason why He chose to give up his temporary life on earth is in order to reclaim His eternal life and then take the reward for the work he has done which is the Kingdom of God.for him to reign as King over. 🥱🥱🥱
Jesus Christ of Israel lost nothing in giving up his temporary life on earth. He is recorded to have said this himself. 🥱🥱
Regurgitating the gobbledegook narratives of your gods of men only shows how what you know is not even taken from the records in the book by those who walked with him but rather sound bytes blasted at you by men you have set as gods over you. 🥱🥱 I didn't mention that Jesus lost anything. "Love your neighbor as yourself" Is really not even a serious line You are just overcomplicating your reasoning It's simply put as Whatever you want for yourself, want for others and whatever you don't wish for yourself, don't wish it for others or stop it from happening to others. All the other other things you added just leads to confusion |

Kobojunkie: Jesus Christ of Israel never loved any man more than he loved himself. if he has done that, Jesus Christ of Israel would have found himself in direct violation of YHWh of Israel who commanded His people to individually love their neighbors as they loved themselves in Leviticus 19 vs 18 - 20. -- a sin against his father. 🥱🥱🥱 No Jesus laid the ultimate foundation of love. He died to bear the sins of the world. Which no other person can. He ultimately loved everyone in the world than himself. When he told a rich man to sell all what he had and give the money to the poor, was that not saying the rich man should love others more than himself? Answer |
Christianity Etc › Re: Is "Tapping Into Grace" A Spiritual Law Or Cultural Pressure? by Sirmwill: 8:46am On Jan 01 |
KAM3KAZI: Happy new year my country people!
I’ve been thinking about the Nigerian belief that you MUST clap for others to "accelerate" your own success. We’re always told to "tap into the grace" or "key into the testimony" so our own turn can come.
But I have a question: Does it actually work?
Or have we just turned "congratulating people" into a superstitious requirement? What happens when you’re in a season of pain, or you’ve tried the exact same thing someone else did but failed, and you just don't have the energy to cheer? Does staying silent or "staying in your lane" actually block your own blessings? I feel like there’s a lot of guilt attached to not being the "loudest clapper" in the room, especially when you’re dealing with your own silent battles. I would love to hear your thoughts—is this a real spiritual principle or just toxic positivity? All the blessings of God have conditions and are automatic Through Jesus 3. "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. 5. "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. 6. "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied. 7. "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy. 8. "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. 9. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. 10. "Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11. "Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. (Matt 5: 3-11) Even if someone claps till their hands fall off The criteria for blessings are glaring here already |
Christianity Etc › Re: Is "Tapping Into Grace" A Spiritual Law Or Cultural Pressure? by Sirmwill: 8:42am On Jan 01 |
There is really nothing
NOTHING like Tapping into Grace
Grace and Mercy are related
Although
Mercy is a blessing "Blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain Mercy"
But you see Grace It is everything I mean,it leads to everything It makes people who don't pray long hours move forward in life faster than people who spend days or weeks praying and Going through Hunger in the name of " Fasting"
By Grace, people are even saved. Receiving anything from God is by grace. No one can say he or she did something to receive something from God. They would find someone else who did nothing and received more than that. By Grace one obtains mercy according to Paul "Let us therefore come with confidence to the throne of Grace to obtain Mercy"
But then
How does one receive grace
It can only be given by God for only a single reason
AND IT IS HUMILITY
But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble " (Jas 4: 6)
There's no other place in the Bible that describes how Grace is gotten without mentioning Humility as the condition And interestingly, there are only very few(maybe 2 Bible verses) that even say how.
It is only by Humility. Someone who is very humble would enjoy many graces of God that others won't be able to understand how or why. It's a secret albeit glaring in the Bible.
The concept of Tapping grace is totally not biblical at all. Not even with someone having the grace of God praying for another person.
Many people touched Jesus garment but only one person was healed from it.
Many people are prayed for by people who are seen to have Grace but only few who God sees their hearts receive their healings or miracles directly from him. |

Kobojunkie: You know, that book you all love to quote from says something like," Love your neighbor as you love your own self." What is fascinating to see is how people who claim to believe what that book says almost always make it seem that the way to show love is by sacrificing oneself and love for oneself for others, when, again, the book instead says, "Love your neighbors as you love yourself." (Not more than you love yourself or less than you love yourself, but exactly/as much (as) you love yourself. ) This literally means that to love others, you must first love your own self, and only then can you go on to love others in the same way. Implying that when you love others more than you love your own self, or when you love others less than you love yourself, you do not meet the requirement for love set by that statement contained in that book... and this applies to all of your neighbors, including husbands, children, mother, etc. 🥱🥱🥱
Someone might come up and say something like "it is not good to be selfish." To that I will say you are absolutely wrong. Again, that statement, "Love your neighbor as you love yourself," literally states that if you are not first selfish -- love yourself -- , you cannot then go on to love others --- be equally selfless. 🥱🥱 Until you meet Jesus who loved his neighbors more than himself But I get your point |

Validated: Take a look at these pictures of Abacha and Tinubu. See the one where Abiola was also in it. Abacha would be 82 years today. If that is true, then Tinubu would be at least 5 - 10 years younger (from these pictures). As for IBB, he is now 84, by 2027, he will be 87 years old. That is too old to run, we are not in Cameroon. Charis15: On Sunday the 21st day of December 2025 I left my home that faithful day and embarked on a trip to my village. That was our family thanksgiving day, so missing out was not an option. I arrived at the park around 12noon and I was so in a hurry to meet up because they will start 12 till around 3pm. When I got to the park at koka in Asaba heading towards Kwale, though I will stop before Kwale but there is no straight Car to my village that's why I have to board with them, but they needed 5 more persons to complete the vehicle and that's not an option for me, so I went to the vehicle going to Warri/Ughelli because they just needed two more persons. When I got to that sienna I saw something that captivated me and change my whole sense of reasoning, A handsome, tall, fair and spotless man. OMG am I lusting? I lost my gaze for a few seconds. I think it's called love at first sight. I regain my cool and I told driver please shout louder so we can move and this man/guy said to me why don't you pay for the extra 🪑? I was just 🤔 what to answer. He said " them no dey chop woman money", I chuckled and then he said, " I will pay for the extra sit for you because you are in a hurry", chai see caring man. And I jumped and gave him hi five. But fortunately for him, a guy came and completed the sit so we kicked off. We had some talks about the situation of the country and the west. He told me what happened when he went for training in Amsterdam, Dubai etc. Now I believe a guy should show interest first no matter what. He didn't ask for my contact and I said good, I'm a woman and I have dignity. So neither will I ask. When I got to my junction, I highlighted and waved him., Immediately that car drove off, I was full of regrets and until now my heart isn't settled. I know I'm in Love. But how can I love a total stranger like this? Now the pain I feel is like a broken heart for love that never bloomed. I have never felt like this about anyone before. I don't know his name , no contact, I don't even know if he likes me or maybe he is married, yet I feel so much pain for not being able to communicate him thereafter. Now I feel at ease discussing it here. These kind of situations lead to broken homes and broken hearts, eternal frustration and unending regrets I tell people There is really nothing like "Love at first sight" You can NEVER like a person:girl or guy,at first sight You only liked her curves or height or complexion or face freshness or hair or his height or complexion or his car or his expensive clothes or his manner of speaking And NOT THE PERSON Loving someone takes days, It takes weeks Months, Years Decades Ask people who lasted till their old age in marriage. When the money, curves, skin, everything goes away, where would the love be? Btw You have hormones that want you to procreate to maintain the human population and further develop Ecological systems This makes people think they are in love |

Everyday The world tries to lie to us Even in sickness, in lack, in frustration, in depression, in pains, in death It is all a lie Jesus has spoken about all of these things and other tribulations But he said, we should simply be cheerful He has overcome the world. So In every situation that seems like tribulation,Always remind yourself that it is a lie and only Jesus has said what would remain as the only truth forever. A believer of Christ who has any form of sickness should assure himself that it is a lie because only Jesus has the truth and he has said he is the resurrection and the life So, in him, we have life Free from any disease
I don't know who this is for But The world may have told you that you have Cancer, or Diabetes or any form of illness Take your stance and assure yourself that only Jesus has the truth and he has said you have life in him. This itself is Faith. |

You can never ever understand salvation if it is not revealed to you by God.
You can never find what you don't seek
It is not for ordinary people to understand with their ordinary corrupt minds
It is all divine understanding One that can never be found in ordinary words
