Have you tried to escalate the application maybe give them a paid call and ask them to escalate for you

I haven’t o, 2 paid calls 3 paid mails now, all they say is it has been decided since 13th of December, ok send collection or BRP mail, nothing, application still at DMC.

I’m tired already, funny enough I didn’t get any nsf or interview.
I’m still waiting though.

Thank you so much, today makes it the exact 4th working day & I got the escalation mail this morning that a decision has been made but since that morning it’s still on DMC & hasn’t moved to VAC.
I hope it moves to VAC tomorrow.

Biometrics since December 1st here and no decision for dependent yet .. made paid call last Thursday and they escalated it

BRP mail 3rd of Jan

From what he said is not yet 15 day's from the day you did paid mail. So I think you need to do another paid mail if no message by Friday and your tracking still show it's at DMC

Please what about a dependant application that was done on the 1st of December pleaase ... Both Applicant had their Biometrics on the first od December MA got his Visa December 9th Priority no message or anything regarding Dependant ... Paid Mail was done last monday message says .. I can confirm that your application is being considered and is currently awaiting a decision.... Since December 19th no further message till now

Standard decision waiting time is an average of 3weeks ( 15 working days)
28th will make it day 13 if you remove the bank holiday.

You can make a paid call by then to check if a decision has been made but you may most likely get more updates in the new year
