That people experience difficult, unfavourable and bitter marital livelihoods isn't a substantial modus operandi to infer that marriage is not meant for everyone.

Firstly we have the Fathers . Sisters.
We have Single mothers. Single fathers .
All are happy and prefer to remain like that than to marry or remarry as the case may be.
Some committed murder on their spouses and are reminded in the prisons.
Some lost their lives on marrying.
Somes are just coping in their marriage and wishing they had not taken such step.
Only few are happily married and not having extra marital affairs.
Only few are happily married and having good inner relationship with their inlaws.
Marriage they say is not a bed of roses. Its a school you get into to learn real life experience with you in the picture. And if your not full of patience you might graduate with a divorce certificate. (Which is a stigma in Nigeria)
My advice. Dont rush in so you wont rush out.

The age at which you end up marrying and also decide to stay in it. That is your individual right age. Stepping out of it means you still not at your right age. Having in mind that not everyone is meant to marry. Think twice before you enter into it(marriage)

The "Government" they said is in charge of the street lights maintenance.

Each apartment occupied by its landlord is made to pay 50,000naira per year called levy fee.(more than 20landlords)

Each apartment is also made to pay another fee which they tag security fee of 6,000naira per month for each duplex( most are double duplex). (More than 5 in each street)

And 2,000naira per self apartment( such we have in a compound not less than 6) (about 30self apartments in the estate)

In this same estate we also pay individually PHCN and Waste and also buy tank water and of course pay house rent.

These estate also collect about 1million from land owners whom had just decided to build on its land (just like omo oni le)

I hope you are calculating how much these landlords association are making a year.

They also collect about 1million yearly from 2telecommunication mast in the estate.
And some other illicit sources they also claim to generate money for the estate.

They claim they pay the security guards at the estate gate and also Mobile Police.( i wonder what a mobile police is doing in an with about 160apartments and less than 3,000 Nigerians living in it )

We have about over 20streets with not less than 8houses in the estate. (Please do the maths and you will be alarmed how much the so called association makes in a year)

In which we have landlords who have been living here for the past 15years or more who have refused to pay these bills and they were let go by these associations. (Because they know the origin of the estate.


Is it a crime to be a Nigerian. We hustle day and night to get food on the table. This i call extortion an illicit act that needs to be taken up.

Saying I'm sorry is different from when someone need to seek ur attention and the only word from them is SORRY; for instance, you are standing on a road and preventing someone else from passing through, I guess using the word "sorry" may sound offensive in my own way, but one can politely tell the person "Excuse me please" or for instance you want to woo a girl on the road and the first word from you to her is "sorry". Won't she feel like, I have not been offended or nothing is wrong with me. As for me I feel somehow if you tell me " sorry" wen nothing is wrong with me.
Anyway, English language is a very wide language on it own and no one is expected to be perfect.
