This is often the case in most Nigerian crime news. The stench is what calls people's attention to the death. In fairness, I don't think Nigeria will have it as worse as the West except it is someone trying to hide bodies because people must observe you. He doesn't respect his life. There are things security officers know that he does not. Their number one job is to protect him but when he refuses to be protected, then he may as well take whatever he sees. I watched the video closely, the DSS was guarding him, he was pushing the man's hand to stay behind. In fact, his security detail should never have allowed him get to that kind of dangerous situation in the first place. Was the Minister's work to get into the ground and start bulldozing? Is it at the point of entry or that location Wike will start inspecting papers?
