To be honest,the cost of clearing the site,filling foundation can erect another big manson.I pray for your client to be up and doing in th making this project,till the end.There are many special advicer every where,even that will try to play game.I am talking from experience.

i have one contract that will be starting immediately after this crises their at ajah phace
2,though more of my construction from foudation to the end is at the east.But i have strong skills on site

The cost of roofing any building depends on the roof design,that is the major issue.The more the aestethics the more expensive.So don't be carried away by aestethics of roof,because the aestethics will be carried away by your pocket.

I want to know the reason of puting cavity wall in one side of it.Is it that it's sloppy or what?

It depends on the project,residential building some architect can come out with all the designs.But in complex structure,structural design is handle by a civil engineer or structural engineer,electrical design is meant for electricians who will wire the building.finaly mechanical design is meant for plumbers who will install wc,bath,septic tank etc

I have being following your lecture on NL,concerning block issue,you didn't state the advantage of hollow block over solid block.Am also in the same profesion is just for your fans to be educated on that.

One good thing i have learnt on site is to be proactive in all expenses.Having being on site for four years now it has being a great experience.There is a lot to learn,technical aspect,managing funds,cordination of workers on site.communication method etc.
