This is the most sensible write up I have read coming from any Igbo man or woman in a long time. Quite on point . Devoid of any form of ethnic connotation and ingredients. Mr Joe Igbokwe has just given his people the best advice ever. From what is happening, the Igbos are not helping themselves politically in Nigeria. How do they want other tribes and peoples in Nigeria to have trust in them Igbos if given power? This is the main reason why many believe that it is easier for an elephant to pass through the eye of the needle than for the Igbos to be president of this country again.

Mr Mau'azu pls my destiny and that of my family members are not tied to PDP or any other political party or group in Nigeria. Our destiny is tied to GOD our creator. Others can have their destiny tied to PDP and not mine or any of my person.

One thing I found funny and irritating about this present govt of GEJ is telling lies. Why did it take d govt so long to refute this allegation? GEJ instead would have given any kind of excuse rather than engaging in this kind of shameful lies.

Those abusing Rochas should first ask themselves if the federal govt has refunded governor Amaechi for the side he has done to Imo state boundary with Rivers state? Amaechi and rivers state is yet to be refunded the billions he spent carrying out federal responsibilities. Bad politics is our problem in Nigeria. If Amaechi and Rochas are not on side of d president, that does not make d president and GEJ not to carry out their duties to d people. That's why most of us are talking about decentralisation of power and true federalism. The federal govt collects huge monthly allocation more than d entire 36 states put together yet does nothing.

I don't know why we southerners like complaining about everything in this country? The same Jega they are talking about now to resign was praised to high heaven after 2011 election. Why must Jega resign? What has he done to warrant call for his resignation? Are those lousy southerners who claimed they are leaders not seeing how incompetent our brother GEJ is to advice him not to re contest?

Mr senate president, The states in Nigeria are too much. We don't need anymore states in Nigeria. Instead think of how to decentralise power in nigeria and make the existing states viable. So many states in Nigeria can't survive without federal allocation. So many states in Nigeria can't generate up to #2 Billion naira internally yearly.

While Boko Haram members are killing, hoisting their flags on Nigerian soil, destroying properties owned by govt and individuals everyday in Nigeria, our Military who are suppose to be fighting them are busy sharing Lands meant for military barracks. If these generals and officers want land, why don't they go to Sambisa forest, kill and flush out Boko Haram and share the land there amongst themselves?

JEGA has nothing to explain to anybody. While our southern brothers are busy ignoring voters registration exercise, by exhibiting I don't care attitude, our votes doesn't count, some equally go as far as saying they are not Nigerians, they are Biafrans etc. Our Northern brothers will queue up for days to make sure they get themselves registered for every election. They should leave JEGA alone. B4 tribal warlords begin to abuse me, not a northerner. Am a full southerner. But this is my submission.

Hmmmm! Well that's is their own bargain. If the government they are striving to campaign for had provided with jobs, they won't be carrying campaign billboards at that time of the day. GEJ was not aware that over 300 Chibok school girls were abducted for over 2 months until little Malala came to Nigeria to inform him. Also, GEJ was not aware that his ragtag supporters are using #bringbackourgirls hastag for political campaign until Washington post lambasted him. The question now is, when will GEJ be aware that his government is ruined and a disaster? GEJ to me, matches what late Fela called Zombie. According to late Fela, "zombie no go go unless u tell am to go", "zombie no go talk unless u tell am to talk".

The same Modu Sheriff that the PDP keep accusing of being behind Boko Haram when he was in APC has suddenly became a saint now that he has defected to the PDP for reasons best known to him? PDP is behind Boko Haram that is why GEJ has not been able to catch and prosecute any one since Boko Haram started killing and destroying lives in Nigeria. because the people behind boko haram are all PDP members GEJ hands are tied. Till GEJ's tenure is over, nobody will be tried or prosecuted
