Please I need advice on IHS REFUND. if the account used to make initial payment for the IHS Fee has been closed. And Refund has been approved, what alternatives are there? Do I provide another account with the same name details or what would be the best solution?

All you need to do is to
1. visit the link - https://www.gov.uk/apply-immigration-health-surcharge-refund
2. Fill out the required information.
3. Input NI number instead of BRP number
4. Provide the payslips for that period that you're claming for.
5. Wait for a response on the success of your application. If successful, it will be refunded to the card/account from which the payment was taken.
Note: As long as she worked in healthcare for the period for which she claims and has corresponding payslips, she should be refunded.

Dear All,

Please advise on the best approach to getting my IHS Fees refunded. this was paid during our Tier 4 visa.(5 dependants)

My wife has moved to tier 2 visa and has been working as a care assistant even from her tier 4 visa days. unfortunately we didnt apply for the refund back then.

now that we are on tier 2, how can we process the refund.?

all efforts to reach UKVI has not been fruitful. does anyone have an email address or contact number for UKVI

Please any advice on how to get the refund in light of the above situation would be highly appreciated.

Please for a family of 5, if the main applicant biometric date is different from the rest of the family, i.e. main applicant date is 1st of july while the rest of the family have different dates of 6th and 7th July, can we all still go with the main applicant on the 1st of july without any issue at TLS
