Yes USITECH affiliates were issued Cease and Desist Order due to wrongfully promoting the company, making unfounded claims in Texas. If you want facts, read the full report directly from Texas SEC site. It's a public information.

Starting yesterday afternoon all US and Canadian Residence will no longer be able to make commission from sales after USITECH terminated affiliate market for these affected countries. Yes, it appears USITECH could not convinced Texas Authorities those 2 rogue affiliates were wrong. Further clarifications are expected how residence in these affected countries can still stay as retail customers.

USITECH have not launched any ICO. I don't know where you heard it from. And when they do, due to legal issues, US and Canadian Citizens may not be allowed to participate, unless things change. This is common with most ICOs.

Again you must not join USITECH if it's not your match.

I did some digging and I found out a lot of irregularities and bad reviews about USI Tech and their so called TechCoin.

Do you know that they are not registered with the security and exchange commission? USI Tech have been given a cease and desist order in Texas since December which they are yet to respond to. This means they are illegal to operate in the US. Canada has also given them the red card.

They are clearly a Ponzi/mlm scheme and anyone investing his/her money should do so with caution.

They have been making some claims which up till now has remain unverified. Once their cease and desist order expires without them responding, the founders will be placed on a wanted list and hence arrested. Once this happens, the scheme will fall and your monies lost.

Depends. PS4 games will cost you at least 12k each, so that's the major factor. I bought a PS3 two months ago, it's still a great console. But I'll upgrade to a PS4 this month, though. Will still keep my PS3 because I it.
