You be mumu. Read what you wrote..

he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election each of at least two- thirds of all the states in Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

This means including FCT. that is FCT plus 36 states.

Let me explain something to us.

No President can emerge in NIGERIA without having at list 25% in Fct..... I repeat atlist 25% in Fct..... Forget about other votes, the rule is have atlist 25% in Abuja first then others comes in..... With d look of things is like the PDP has more than 76% in Abuja..... Which isn't good for the Apc. CHECK THIS OUT!!!

Section 134 (2) states that “A candidate for an election to the office of President shall be deemed to have been duly elected where, there been more than two candidates for the election- (a) he has the highest number of votes cast at the election; and (b) he has not less than one-quarter of the votes cast at the election each of at least two- thirds of all the states in Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Travel / Re: How To Send WAEC Results To WES by Skelewudprince: 1:12am On Feb 09, 2019
How do you merge the documents for multiple individuals?
Kobaro:

Hello sir,

you are both right and wrong and I will tell you why.

First off, yes you actually cannot "collect" your confirmation of results from WAEC and "send it through someone travelling to Canada". This is because WAEC only sends this document directly to WES and will NOT hand it over to the candidate for whatever reason. Another thing is that WES will only receive and process documents sent by either courier or postal mail -- No "in-person" submission of required documents is permitted as per their current stipulations. So yeah, in this regard you are totally right.

However, you can actually merge/combine WAEC confirmation of results package in order to reduce courier service costs per individual. This is the reason -- Each confirmation of results that WAEC processes is a completely separate package from any other and is uniquely identifiable by the applicant's WES reference number (remember how they made you write the reference number on every single document and then on the back of the envelope?) By the time WAEC gets done with processing the confirmation of results for a given individual, the package for such individual (including the scratch card, if originally provided) is sealed off in an envelope and will only be opened next by WES Canada or WES US, as the case may be (that is, assuming everything goes as planned). Hence, two or even more different packages, each sealed off in its own envelope and properly addressed to WES in addition to being identifiable by its WES reference number, can be sent off to WES by the same courier service parcel. I can write about this with this much confidence because this was what I did. Note that the courier service I used was UPS - 9k.

Kenny will work on further maths but missed out the wrong answer or last step while all the working were correct.

When they got to university... with more matured mind on their diploma course to shoot them to university proper...taiwo got 4.8 GPA. Kenny got 5.0.

Kenny would later complete his university with 4.7 GPA while taiwo 4.3 GPA

Hi, Sorry for the late response
100k is just about 235Euro which will not be enough. You will need atleast 400 euro a month to survive here.

No jobs as a student to the best of my knowledge because your visa or card as a student doesn't permit you to work.

Good evening House! I recently got admission to the University of Barcelona less than a month ago and I have done the authentication of my documents (BSc Certificate and Transcript) but the embassy said they will have to investigate.

Please can they legalise a copy of the documents at the consulate in Lagos while the investigation is on going? Because I have to send a copy of the legalised copy to the school in order to be able to pay for both the international acceptance fee and the tuition fee.

No,,you will have to wait for the investigation to complete.. You can write your school and explain to them and send the scanned copies of the original to them

Hello,

You do not need to translate the fingerprint page.

You need to translate the WEAC Certificates

Having a cool mother in-laws is something most people would like but its turning to something else for me.
When ever she is around, she picks my phone and immediately enters my WhatsApp messages.at first I felt she make a mistake but last night makes it the 5th time it's happening.

yesterday, I slept off in the living room and by the time I woke around 12am, I discovered my phone was not by my side. I searched for it everywhere and when I still could not find it, I proceeded to my wife's room to pick my wife's phone and call my line, to my amazement, I saw my mother in-laws on my phone.

I was angry at first but I had to control myself i collected the phone and I discovered she was in my email and Facebook messaged and she even knows my unlock pattern.

am tired of this but I don't want to disrespect her. how do I deal with this.

You failed to tell us that your MIL is the one paying all your bills. She actually bought the phone for you.

Good news cheesy cheesy I was called late last night to pick up my passport and visa this morning which I have done. But they said I have to redo my PCC (the pink slip; authenticate at FA and Legalize at the embassy) before leaving cos it'll be requested in school, it expired 26th.
So I guess one has to do PCC close to when one is applying for visa for those going through this process.

@1andonly thanks for starting this thread and frequently helping out, you've really been of great help. And thank you house for everything. God bless you all and I wish everyone smooth processing throughout your application.

@zendman and @obycindy how far?

Hi ManCici and @ ALL

How were you able to pull through this?

Did you do another PCC?

Mine will expire on Feb 1, and I will be going a week after the expiration.

Do I need to do a new PCC?

Thanks

@Objifeanyi

Please I will like to know if one-way ticket is cool for me.

Note that my Visa (class D) is for 3 years but only has validity of 90days now, which I will have to renew to get residency in 30 days.

Kindly advise and share your experience. Did you go on one-way or return.

Wakanow is really disturbing me and they want me to write a mail to them to free them of any blame or responsibility if airline gives me issue flying with One-way.

Regards

objifeanyi:

Tough question but I will try

As per school you will have to do that search on your own to identify the school fitting for your budget and course. Google knows everything wink

As per visa processing it takes between 3 to 4 month s. Go through earlier threads because you have enough information regarding the requirements for visa. You will have to apply through the Spanish consulate and not through VFS.

All the best!

Thanks to everyone for the contributions made here.

Have you been able to submit your visa application.

I will like to know if I need to submit the original hardcopy accommodation contract letter. aluni.net said that they don't really give it to people and he asked me to confirm if I really need it. Or should I just do a colour printing of the one sent to me?

I will also like to know if I will need to submit the receipt of the accommodation too.

Also since I am going for a PhD program and my admission letter was dated 14 July and it's for academic year 2016/2017 and I plan to resume in February 2017. As you know that PhD has a flexible resumption date.
Do I need another admisiion letter to state that I will be resuming in February?

And I also sent them the translation. Make sure you tell them to write "refundable " on the recept else ur money fit enter voice mail.

Thanks bro.

Does it mean that you legalised more than 1 copy each for your documents?, because I legalised 1 copy each. If you sent the legalised documents to your school, which one did you submit for your visa?

And that's what I intend to submit at the embassy when I apply.

Sorry about that. You should have told the embassy you will make the transfer and give them the receipt of transfer. They can easily verify the payment by calling the school. Cos no matter the documents you submit they still make phone calls for verification
May God help us. How much Is the total fee and what is the duration of your course.
Seems they are working on my application, my landlord was called recently to confirm my payment. Is not easy at all.

@Zendman

I got this from my school UPC .

"If you need to have the registration paid before, then you should send me a copy of your bachelor degree legalize.."

I will like to know if you submitted your documents before you made your payment for tuition.

Because my documents are with the embasdy and I won't get them till late November.

What do you think I should do cos, I want to pay the tuition fee soon.

Thanks for your response Zendman.

The statement of account is an issue o. It will be hard for my sponsor to transfer the money in to my account. And even if he does, won't the embassy frown at it.. because I think they will know that the money doesn't truly belong to me.

What if I raise my account to about 3m and still support it with 10m in my sponsor's account?

quote author=zendman post=49464216]for accommodation i got it through uniplaces.com and they only gave me their receipt of payment but the embassy requested for a contract so i had to get it for them. the medical certificate didn't have the clause "the applicant is not a carrier of any contagious disease, dangerous to public health, in accordance with international health rules of 2005" so make sure yours have it. for your statement of account i will advise you to transfer the 10 million in your sponsors account to yours because they are more interested in ur account. they want to be sure u have the entire amount required for your sponsorship. I have about a million naira in my account and my sponsor has about 10m naira in his accout, do you think the embassy will accept this ?

objifeanyi:

Hiya zendman, this answer would have been best if I had collected my visa because the officer at the consulate does not return your statement of account if it is insufficient or the embassy give an indication of a minimum monthly expenses in euros.

In any case I had excess of N3m and I used the below logic;

I contacted my school for the minimum living expenses in a month and it totaled to 600 Eur. I added 25% more to it to make it 850 eur/month hence I had to budget 8,500 Eur for my 10 months course. On the conversion to Naira, I noticed that all the fees recently have gone up by at least 43% with visa fees going up by 47%, I used it in converting to Naira with the base as the old rate of circa (N230/Eur) and leaving me with the formular (8500*230*1.47). I left the balance as excess just in case... all in a bid to reduce my margin of error grin

Not sure if the money is sufficient or my conversion logic correct... I can only hope and pray that I am granted visa...

Hey one more thing, I already paid all my school fees before applying for visa and I was glad to have done that because I was able to get CBN funds for over 64% of my school fees before the devaluation and used the parallel market to sort out the balance... imagine if I have to pay 12,300 Eur in today's economics sad... would seriously re think this whole PG cum Spanish visa wahalla angry
