Lets assume the lady has done wrong, their should be a way of handling the incident. What they should have done in such situation is to call for another officer from their station and take details of the lady and the date she should appear in their office for caution or warning or even what to do immediately whenever there is a police car coming.

There should be no beating or killing cause all of us are citizens.
