Hello Skimanski, can you show me a sketch of how this land was partitioned for privacy foe each of the duplexes. I have been trying to figure it out from the pictures without success. A rough hand depiction or typed explanation will do. Thanks.

Thanks boss for info. This is what I want.

EgunMogaji:
I offer a thousand apologies and I own my part of the dance.

I continue to learn about building.

Brabus shared this company before but I have not made any contact since I'm not at that stage yet.

Oga mavverick I know the issue between you and Brabus must have really pained you. But please whatever the thing is, let's just let it go. No builder here in nairaland and outside that haven't made mistakes with clients or haven't fallen out with a client in his/her career. When it happens its a way for both client and contractor to learn. Let's just bury the sword and guns and knifes, and move forward. Time is precious. Teach others from your experience and let Brabus teach others from his too.

All them my ogas I greet una. May all the people forming enemy and fighting here be friends before the end of this year. Amen!!!!! May all our experience with each other teach us the way forward in our future endeavors with each other and also with other strangers we might come across. Amen!!!!

peaceland:
Sir,
You are good at what you do, nice work
However I am concerned at one of the attached pictures,
when it rains, there is the likelihood that the occupants will have pools of water here since there is a small pillar like structure demarcation as shown in the attached picture.
Please educate me more on if this will not be a challenge. perhaps having a small pipe hole underneath to ensure interconnect will be fine?

Not necessarily a PIPe Hole Interconnecting both Balconies. Both Balconies have been Piped Separately with Big Enough Drains (100mm Pipe) all the way Down, such that when it rains, it slopes directly to Drains and out, so there will never be a pool of water

Elated. Million Thanks Boss.
