Also, I like the interior windows of the building to have wood window sills and apron. If i imported them, will you be able to fix them on a concrete windows easily?

That is not a problem at all sir. Its easy to fix.

Oga chekitaut, are you telling him not to use guage for his plastering? It's better to use guage than not to use guage. Nothing is 100% in a human job. But it's closer to excellence than not using guage.
