For all our followers that have always wandered why we do not do Bungalows, we have done a few. Its time to add Another to the List. But this time for everyone to see.

The net is 2 in 1 but to open as slide and not casement

It’s granite counter top. Quality granite at 38k per sq.m for the counter top. A total of 11.2 sq.m of counter top was used for this kitchen.

Sometimes you need to post cost of the construction and maybe your charges cos we all initially assume you will be expensive, a lot of persons don't have flexible incomes, just fixed from salary and won't know if they can work something out with you. only persons who have worked with you may know the truth if you don't tell us.

YES SIR I AGREE! But you see A lot of my Clients do not want me posting cost online. I even have some projects very beautiful ones I have built that Clients do not want me to post pics, for the sake of keeping their apartments private. I am open to Cost inquiry and I respond as I am ask. The ones I cannot share online, I will refer to email or wassap conversation for the cost. But will always share cost with Interested people.

Please ooo!! This " I wish I can afford you" comment needs to Stop ooo!!! Its same Money any Engineer will use that I will use. The only way I will use a Different budget is if the Figure given to you won't finish your house.

Skima do these your signature windows carry nets? If yes, how are they incoporated?
I can picture how an insitu burglary can be put.

If you look closely at the window in this picture, you will find that there is a net track before the window profile. That is it. It’s drilled in the wall and after the window installation. The challenge is that you must ensure the windows are dressed properly and squared properly to avoid spaces after installing the net track.

Now note that this window doesn’t have a burglar bar installed. But in the case of burglar bar installation, you will need to install bars and install the net after the bars.

10mm Thickness Is recommended. and Price for Door is N85,000

since sharp sand is twice the price of red sand or laterite, I struggle to see the benefits.

Skima I love this bathroom. It's huge space and bath options. But would you still add a few assessories? It's seems a bit bare. Painting? Art? Potted Flower? Anything.
I observe you don't use much of glass blocks (in bathrooms like the pic attached)....any reason why?

Nice bathroom!! the reason why its bare is because the Shower area is what they are trying to Highligh. If you have this kind of shower in Other bathrooms we do, it wouldn't be bare because it will have other things around it like the W.C, Wash Basin design and so on.

Its a Lovely Bathroom, though we need clients to buy into the IDea before doing it.
