Abeg one more quick question. Please how can one tell or what can one do to find out if his land is below sea level?

Most of the estate we work on around try to indicate the Height above sea Level their lands are when you go through their Section.

So survey indications are available some times

You can install burglar bars on this type of windows too. We plan to install on this as well.

Front Gate for Entrance!!

The Whole front of the House has been converted to All Gate so that Cars can just Drive Straight and Park Instead of Turning in and House. This Gate has been created to Slide into Each Other.

Please, can you explain a bit more about the roofing style used here? Is it slanted? The angle from which the picture was taken doesn't explain this. It looks nice. Quite a departure from the common ones with high posts.

The Roof is Slanted to the Back and you can see from the Back Units. Long Span Aluminium Roofing sheet was used.
