I thought this will take maximum of 1year but now almost 2years. Any reason for the delay? Realistically, how long does it take to finish a building like this?

Client needed to do things carefully, and make choices carefully, and duly, without having to rush the process. A lot of times decisions needed to be taught through intensively

The external walls and fence have collected 8 drums of 20ltr drums so far.

That Skirting Material is N4850 a Length of 2.4m Long

Its made of "polyurethane"

polyurethane is a polymer Materials composed of organic units formed by carbamate. Polyurethane polymers are formed by reacting a di- or poly-isocyanate with a polyol

You see that Foam on your Dash Board in some older cars, or the foam inside the Steering Wheels, is a less Rigid form of Polymer. A more Rigid form is this Skirting Materials

The Building is Spanning very wide, the Parapet is Heavy, the Roof is Very high Pitch, and all this are heavy Load, so why not rest in on a basket? and besides the client is not in Nigeria, but has told me he wants the best. He has not made money an issue, so why cut cost?

You should be looking at from 35m and above for Good finish. It goes higher as you go premium.

3D Modelling is the Job I do personally. I use 3D Max as my Main software for both Modelling and Rendering. People say its impossible to use as its too difficult, but I say forget that story.

I also use Archicad Revit, Lumion and Sketchup, but Mostly 3D max.

Every client is supposed to bring his/her design. It is the duty of the Architect/Engineer to make it work-able to the best of his/her intellectual capacity.
