Please Skimanski...how is the washbasin support able to stand hanging? Do you mind sharing?

Its simple. We have a Road of Like 15inch. Drilled inside the wall with half of that length inserted inside the wall and the remaining half holding the Wash basin.

Its a basic process of Spraying the wall with cement soup. Using a Spray Machine. its just like the way spray painters spray. Mix Cement with water, Pour in Spray Gun bucket, Plug to your spray machine and spray. After which you can then apply trowel to give it wall patterns as you like.

Te benefit is Aesthetics. Give the wall a different texture.

Interms of it looking more beautiful, its one major reason. The software used in Rendering such design is known basically as a presentation software. Its job is to prepare designs for presentation, so it has atmospheric beauty than our real life atmosphere. Colors are finer, Geometry is Straight (besides its computer) it has to be geometrically neater. bottom line, human being work no fit fine pass computer. But we should always aim to get closer to the real one in terms of beauty.

Interms of been different in most cases. That one 2 major many factors.
1- Builder no know work
2- Client Make Changes

Just curious, do you apply any type of heat insulation when installing concealed (hidden) roofing. I'm considering the cost implication in the long run of doing concealed roof design or the regular pitched roof.

Several persons have told me all hidden roof needs maintenance

Heat Insulator is a cost implication that is optional for Both Hidden and Pitched Roof. Its just required more with the Hidden Roof because the roof is closer to the Ceiling than the Pitched roof. Even though, its still Optional as far as you have POP Ceilings installed and you have a properly ventilated house.

I was at a park yesterday and I saw this gen in operation and it was super quiet. I was completely blown away with its quietness.

Not going to be cheap, not sure if they have it in Nigeria but man this thing is quiet. Noise is my number one beef with generators.
