6-      Finally. Engage the team finishing the house from start when building your house: Whether you have a Building engineer on site or not, you must Engage the team finishing the house from the Beginning. Its important they are involved from the start. What the building engineers do is look at the building plan from morning till night. They will never at anytime look at the plan, and the same time look at the house, and try to visualize the day you move in to your house. But with the assistant or the sole responsibility of the Finisher, be it an Architect who is finishing, or an interior finisher, or better still some more experience builders/Architect, they visualize the plan against the end of the project. They look at lawn on paper and see kids playing, see you park your car, get out of the car, walk to the door, Open, Drop your keys on the easiest location safely, Kiss your wife in the Kitchen, walk the stairs upstairs without stress of the risers been too high, get to a lobby that isn’t too Long for your to access your bedroom, make sure you shower and can access your cloths without having to walk to far to your clothes location. They even make sure your wife Kitchen experience is easy. She can wash the dish, get easy access between the Plate rack and the Dish washer. Get easy access to the trash can from the dish location. They can visualize a lot of things by looking at the paper.
 
Note: by following this advise, we are guaranteed our dream home for a very long period of time.

5-      Get that Unique and Everlasting design: Now this is the reason for this thread. We mistake unique and long lasting beauty for Simple and Elegant a lot of times. This too do not tally in anyway. Simple and elegant is a form of design that appeals to more people than other form of designs. Simple and elegant is for house developers who want to sell their designs to a wider range of audience than you who wish to sell to your immediate companions. A unique and long lasting design can be simple and elegant, but can also be highly dramatic. The distinct factor is that it has what others do not have. To make your house last for a very long time, it must stand out from its environment, with distinct features that are very noticeable, be it simple or dramatic. Features that actually make up the Main façade of the house, where ever the space maybe. The reason why that can look beautiful for a long time is that, it never gets boring. You only see it when you look at the particular House. Its simple, we get bored of the things we see everywhere. Even if they are beautiful, they are only beautiful for a period of time. Its like music, you play it everyday and in no time you get tired of it.

4-      On that last phrase, comes this important step. Forget what is done elsewhere: Your Architecture is your architecture, not mine, not others, but yours. It can be archived. It’s called Architecture. The idea is to design your dream, not design others dream. No matter what you are told, what you dream is possible. Put it on Paper, and start to build it

3-      Know in the world of Architecture, Anything is possible: If you have any tiny atom of taught that this thing might be possible, trust me it is possible. Decide your dream home, decide your Architect, and explore every single form of possibility. The greatest problem of Architecture in this our region is Clients and Architect do not seem to agree on what is possible and what is not. Most times, clients want what they want, but Architects tend scare them away from the possibility with silly words like “That doesn’t work in this region”. “it will fail eventually”. “let’s do it like this it’s the ways its done everywhere”

2-      Decide your Architect wisely: I can never stress this enough. This is by a mile the most important process in archiving your dream home. In Nigeria, the Economy has made it difficult for businesses to run a customer satisfactory form of business, what they do is run a time satisfactory form of business, and this applies to Architects as well, as a results a lot of Architect out there just want to copy a design and remake it, without having to pay attention to what you want in your dream home. I Cannot stress this enough, Decide your Architect Wisely!!!! The less experience your Architect is, the more expensive your Architecture will be (Fact). Choose your Architect Wisely. The time, the money and resources you spend in getting the right home from the Right Architect is all worth it at the end because, Cheap Architecture doesn’t translate to Cheap building Budget, instead it translates to unsatisfactory house, we will try to Upgrade a lot of times during our stay and that means more money than a good Architect will charge you from the Beginning.

1-      Decide what you want: This is the first step to getting your dream Architecture. You have to decide what you want. Note: you aren’t living in the space alone, so your decision must be based on a meeting between you, and your family or space mates or any other persons sharing the home with you. This meeting should take as long as it takes to ensure a compromise is reach on how you want the home to look like.

We are all in search of that Dream home. The home that brings peace as we live in it. Often times we get it, often times we don’t. Also often times when we get it, we don’t get it for too long.
 
Architecture Speaks to every Person. It’s the most viewed form of Art we know. As much as we would love to disagree on that, it is true, because, the house we live in, the Car we drive, the roads we drive it on, our work place, our schools and everything around us was designed by one level of Architect or another, be it the experience one or the Non-experienced one.
 
No matter the form of Architecture we want, we all desire the design that will look beautiful at least, and look beautiful for a very long time. Making the decision on how to get that can be very Tricky. As easy as it is to do, it might be extremely difficult to know how easy it is. To archive our Dream home and make it our Dream home for as long as possible, we should all follow some simple steps.

This is just stupid. I am sure 90% of women pray that if my Husband having money will make him start misbehaving, he rather not have. Because I want my husband and not his money. The pastor Knew that Psychology and used it to prey on the Couples. God will punish him for preying no the Humble marriage.
