So here's my challenge, Skimanski we can agree bangs out good work. Maybe he can chime in to educate us on why he's not using prefab rafters.

My oga. I am of the opinion that the process isn't cheaper. First is that you won't even get a saw mill in Nigeria that will saw your wood accurately here. And even if. The cost will be high and at the end client wouldn't allow that cost to be transferred to them. So we live and Nigeria keep working towards bettter and neater ways to do Structures, hoping that one day we break all barriers.

skimanski, your works are simple but very very classy, i love them but scared of asking you for price , so back to the doors does that mean i should budget fro frames from you as well, i used 9 inches block throughout my build

Your mason should install singed said first before we install doors.

OK, your installation will be after the frame would have been installed by the mason? Does the door have its own design frame or what size does it fits into?

Yes our installation is after the masonry works on subframes. Our frames can fit into any available space if its already prepared. But for standard sizes,we have 9inch frames and 6 inch Frames For 900mm x 2100mm space and 750mm x 2100mm sizes. Extra Height are also available.

They are not steel plates. They are steel trims. To ensure the doors last as long as till you get tired of it. Doors start having issues most times form the edges, hence the trims protection. Also secondarily. The edge trims is to add to its aesthetics.
