Good that you two have sorted and Muyesky has completed finally to your satisfaction. We await similar resolve between Osaz and Olawale even when I will be among those who would prefer to extend the benefit of exhausting all avenues of resolving these cases you agreed isn't fraud offline, and even go the extra mile of warning the contractor that you would go public ever before doing so. There is a fine line between rushing to report contractual negligence in public forum without genuine attempt at above and malicious allegations whether unintended or otherwise.
This view doesn't justify or excuse the arrogant and unprofessional responses from Osaz to some comments here. Well done Muyesky!

We just have a long way to go here. My difficulty is that we see builds by Skimanski and others that are USA level perfect and those houses are built by Nigerians too.

In the USA there are a few Quacks as well. The Issue is that Human Beings and Created to adapt to their Environment. So what ever is the trend is what they will follow. Since their are more Professionals oversea, the Artisans tend to Adapt and follow the Trends. In Nigeria, since there are more quacks, Artisans tend to Adapt and follow the Trends. My Oga, I even get quacks that come to work on my site a lot. But after working with me for Long, and they see the tradition here is not that of the trend, they either decide to adapt of back out. Trust me a lot of them back out. The Most important part of my team is the Supervisors. They cannot and must not follow trends. I am always on their case. Yes I am 32. Yes I have a small Body. Yes I look very gentle and reserved. But the moment I step on site, I have this particular Spirit that I invoke unto me, and that Spirit packs a lot of venom, that once my guys see me, they quickly start checking themselves. We are still a long way behind where we want to get to but we will. So is the Nigerian System. its still a Long way behind, but they will get there one day too.

I have resolved not to follow trend. so should people.

I ask this because I'm planning on building with such bricks. I'm thinking about a bungalow with penthouse.
And I also think you would be the man for the job, beginning with your great designs and building skills.

We can work with any Brick Design. But when you Have a list a option, then we could maybe make a choice together.

Any reason why you maintain the lintel level at the upper floor, why plan chain lintel you contradict your position on the ground floor..

No Sir, Take note of the previous pictures, I haven't Done chain Lintels, I have only Done Lintels on Doors and Pillar concrete cast. If you notice, the pillars are standing alone, and the windows do not have lintel.This is because I want the windows to go up to the Roof Beam, that is the beam that crosses the Window. Why should I chain the Lintel and still chain the Beam? I light Big and tall WIndows. It gives more Light, Air, and makes your space look Grand. The expectation on this House is higher that the one on my Victory park Project, so aesthetics is still high on the AGenda here.

1. The building was not build in a form structure format, block was set before beams and columns was casted.
2. The lintel was a chain type at parameter breaking it makes it loose its purpose.

Am not criticizing but an observation.

Are you Saying that there is a Difference in the structural integrity of a form structure and a Normal Block Structure? i need to also understand why Buildings are Chained. is it that the pillars cannot hold their selves from the ground to the Deck which is just 11 ft away? that they need support from 12mm Iron rods reinforcement to Hold themselves. Also what happens in those walk way areas inside the house that do not have Lintels? why are they not chained? Please do feel free to elaborate further sir!
