Front Duplex is 12.9m x 14.4m

Increasing above lintel level is not a structural sense, while not below.

We are all still learning. Please educate me sir on what it does structurally to the building.

Updates on Brick Works

Living room POP Ceiling works

Fence Precast installation

barakah:
Hello Property experts!

Please i i have a question on POP finishing.

I intend painting my recently installed POP ceiling and the painter insists he must use White Satin paint.
His reason is that satin will resist dust, cobwebs and is water resistant.

My opinion is Satin is expensive and i intend using it on walls only while i intend to use white emulsion for the POP.

He's a professional yes, but not with POP ceiling.
What do you think?
Can someone assist please.

Bros continue with your Idea of emulsion paint for your ceiling. Just use a quality one to avoid brush marks and ensure a sleek looking ceiling finish.

That is way too long...

We can tell you we want to. Build it in 3 months. But a lot of attention to details will be missed out. That extra 1 to 2 months is worth the sacrifice for a good Job that will stand the test of time.

toolsbauer:
So dope bro

My boss. I must greet you.

tivta:
What a state of art, simply flawless, but if money wasn't an issue, what would be the least time needed to build something like this?

5 Months!!

Flaghouse1:
True2home,

We cannot afford the luxury of wasting foreign exchange now, whether euro or dollar irrespective of the conversion factor or indices, to be candid with you despite the societal constraints we still have artisans that will give something close or better than the imported items we so crave for.

The attached picture is my sitting room furniture ,done by some guy in lagos since 2008, I doubt you will believe it's not imported, we have the manpower capacity to deliver quality goods and services but the government over the years has not provided the enabling environment to elevate us from the present state of under development we are in

Hello sir! Infact i couldn't agree more with you. I know one thing and I can argue it with any Oyinbo man any day any time. The day we Nigerians can take Furniture and wood works serious, coupled with an enabling manufacturing environment, Nigeria can start exporting wood works and furniture Overseas. Because we have the raw Materials and we have the Labour.

Hope you've done something to "secure" your kids, else they too won't "forgive" you

I have to by all means.
