a car can't be comparable with a phone who's life span is but for a short while. As evidenced, humans are more likely to change phones at a quicker rate than cars. Back to the point, the iPhone may ooze class but first its primary function is to make calls, browse and so people buy it cos of that also and because of the goodwill apple has built over the years. But as the op said, there's a limit to how far class can get you especially in this category we call mobile tech. Well said, it shows apple knows they have to lower the cost of their devices soon especially if they want to penetrate India, well maybe producing their would also help their sales.

Cos The Bugs On The Beta Updates On Xiaomi Are On "Wavy Levels".

Bros na over press cos am, no bugs at all.

My bad, I just discovered what the issue was, I enabled my phone to be unlocked when close to a trusted device and added my MI band 3. I disabled that feature and tried other fingers and it asked me for pin. The finger print scanner is reliable after all.

Done, same thing. I even registered one finger to see, same thing.

I'm using Umidigi One and it's only the registered fingerprints that unlock the phone. Just tested it now. maybe it's a bug or something

Place a finger that is not registered on the sensor while the screen is off, when it vibrates, push the button and swipe the screen let's see.

Umidigi one is got the sensor on the side, we would have to wait for another Umidigi one user to replicate and test ........

And it doubles as the power button also.

I just tried it on my A3, only the registered finger unlocks my device ............

For umidigi one, place the finger on the sensor, when it vibrates, just push the sensor/power button and swipe the screen to unlock.

I even restarted the darn thing sef.

Just discovered something that got me upset now, all my fingers (even the one I didn't register) unlock my phone. First it was another person's face opening the phone, now its any finger at all. I don't get how I would have a finger print enabled phone and be using pin or pattern alone cos of security.

For the SIM slot issue just get a hybrid SIM adapter it sells for btw ₦500-₦1000 and it enables you use 2 Sims and an SD Card
