If the wife is coming to join the husband in the UK and they used POF in the husband’s account and they dropped necessary cover letters and consent letters.

They later got a NSF asking the wife who is the dependent to send the financial evidence in her name.

Pls, Duchess i need your advice and other experienced ppl's input on this pls.

Write the letter referencing the information in the VAF then resubmit your SOA. That's the only solution here.

She didnt write a personal letter that she would be using my account but I only wrote a consent that she would be using my account and she attached it.

I filled it myself.
And I wrote there that the money is in my account.
Can I still write the letter or we should find another solution?

Today I got a NSF asking her to send the financial evidence in her name.

As the rule changed, can’t someone use POF in their spouse’s account again?

Or it was a mistake because they mentioned a wrong amount of money in the first email with a wrong GWF number and they sent another mail asking to neglect the first email and now corrected the errors.

"Is your Microfinance bank" not registered by CBN?

The HO is more generic, your personal consent will be detailed

2. First page is for the applicant (Individually signed), 2nd if you had a child dependant if not then skip,3rd is for financial documents which applies to your case, you should sign that

I used a Microfinance bank Pof last yr for my cas and visa.
You can used them as long as they are listed under the CBN website.
