Please I am about to invest into this Uber business (cos I heard its a good business ). However I have questions plaguing my mind and would love to get answers.

Can I get a uber approved car with tracker on a budget of 1.5M? Also, how easy will it be to find a trustworthy driver? Also, whats the WORST amount that can be delivered on a bad business day? Please, I need pointers and advice.

Oops! I was running on 2.3.3 also and srs root worked for me..... Are u connected to the internet when using srs root and was ur usb debugging on......if everything is all up and still nt working then use vision perm root....though i doubt vision....it bleeps up sometimes......but u cn also try Z4ROOT ZTE BLADE on 4shared.com......jst install the app nd den lauch and yu ll see temp root or perm root....click perm root nd wait for like 15mins n ure done........ U cn also try to go online nd download universal and.root....google it out nd download the file nd den root....bt im nt jst sure if htc G2 can use universal and root.....check d website furst to know if it works..... Bt ZTE BLADE worked for many people.......so try it out....
When u successfully root the phone den we cn go thru flashing senseswitch......

Im using a G2 with a sensewitch rom....moderately cool bt it sometimes load my ram..... Bt nt really toooo heavy as such..... Thinkin bout changin to viper though nt its more like viper could even be heavier....cos viper rom is about 900MB......so still thinkin hard.....bt gettin d viper rom already though...

Ovie56: can any body help me with rooting cuz it's so so frustrating I tried ssroot i couldn't understand why the driver won't install I tried downloading drivers from the links provided on this thread but after downloading I found out they weren't drivers but browser @codeeater said visionary won't work on 2.3.4 but I still tried it run for some minutes displaying "rooting your device ".but it will eventually stop display and leave the screen blank for as long as I didn't for close sometime I will leave it to run for 2 hours and it won't achieve any root Pls if anybody know a method to root g2 without pc cuz i wil be stuck to the driver issue and one thing again I've try framaroot it didn't even respond when I'm trying to launch gandalf I'm just so so frustrated I need help ..............who will help me

did u turn on "usb debugging" and
"unknown source"........ I believe srsroot should work..... what was d response it gave u wen using srs root?

Bekas: atlast bro am happ for u....Not every phone will work with aht method tho cos i tried it when i was doinq mine and some other phoe too only fastboot worked for me Ur lucky....so wah do u think sensewich compared to Slimbean Plus u can also try other roms lyk Viper sumoda tym cos u can now flash any sense rom u see now

thanks bro....... Senseswitch is really cool. Looks very much matured and I love d interface compared to slimbean. To me slimbean looks so archaic and senseswitch got better battery management......r u using viper now?

hey bro. Fenks. I jst installed d Stockrom without pc. Got frustrated so I hard reboot my phone and den Placed the pc10IMG in d root of my sdcard and den boot into recovery mode. it installed all the updates automatically wit s off h boot and also updatin d radio but after dat the fone won't boot. I did a litle trick nd den I was able to boot into cwd recovery and den installed senseswitch....... running on senseswitch now with a ram of 798MB....... WITH HBOOT ND S-OFF. NICE.......

THe bootloadr showed fast boot USB. Everything seem fine. Dnt know why its writing "cannot load stockrom"....... Annoying!!!!!! Any oda alternative? May be a manual method without pc or something..... Amy help? Fenks

Hello there. I jst did it. I downloaded another file. I think some of d files are nt really ok. So i downloaded another one for 32bit windows. Did it the normal wayand it worked.

I'm having the same ish too. I downloaded d file. I unzipped and the ran the sdk manager bt inside d unzipped file there is no "platformtools". I even did it all over again and didnt run sdk manager. I only unzipped bt still theres no platformtools. I saw "tools" and trief to use it but wen i opened the command prompt and typed "adbdevices" it didnt recognize the commandline which means i dnt have the correct foldr path. Pls what could be the problem? Thankz

Bekas: i undetstand u bro...but if ur careful u will qet dis roms for ur g2...i bricked my fone like 10times bfor i could flash sensewich(best rom for g2)

SLIMBEAN-Its beta but hanqs alot nt actractive plus d battery life aint still like dat of sensewich
Quadrasense-is cool but d sense feature in it is jst fake...d quy only customised APEX launcher as d default launcher
MIMICRY-bat3 life is rilli bad and not attractive
D above roms might liik qood tew u but i tell u any rom without _HTC SENSE is nt complete
This is whr VIPER and SENSEWICH comes in altho viper miqht be discontunued for d G2. But its still d most tweakable rom(google it) and sensewich on the other is jst too perfect its was actually ported from HTC ONE V(imagine usinq htc one v default rom on ur g2)...enof said ....
I can help u with d easiest installation method plus hw to qet eng hboot, s-off(nt factory s-off) and unlock bootloader without goinq to htcdev.com
All u need is in a zip file u only nid to fastboot evrythinq inside ur fone ...and dats all...google hw to use fastboot and adb on pc if u dnt knw it.....then i'll continue!!

tobyblaze: restore factory settings then download SRS tool kit install it on ur laptop connect to the internet plug in ur phone n it will be rooted in 3 mins if u get a error saying things about drivers go n dothawnload adb drivers install it n start all over.
