actress, Gifty was rumoured to be pregnant
some months back – and it was even alleged
that the beauty was pregnant for Nigerian
musician, Mr 2Kay.
The lovely has since then not been seen in
public but she surfaced days ago for work
looking a little bigger than usual, but with no
visible baby bump.
Gifty has now shared a photo of a baby girl with

Veteran Gospel Singer, Tope Alabi is ending the

year on a big note, as the singer has just
dedicated and moved into her newly complete

mansion, situated at Fagba, Iju Lagos.

The singer, dedicated the house, and had a

house-warming ceremony on Thursday,

December 28, 2017.

Her mansion project was embarked two years
ago and its sits atop two plots of land.

According to a source, she invested most of the

proceedings from her shows on this property

and her musical career.

Tope and her family moved out of her current

apartment which she bought years ago.

Pastor Femi Emmanuel of the Living SpringChapel, Lagos.

Tope has been married to Soji for over 16 years.

Talking about their marriage, Tope reflected,

“For us to be in the ministry for over 16 years

now is by the grace of God. The administration of

the ministry has been assigned to my husband

and I don’t poke about at all. Mine is to prepare

for programmes. Whenever he gives the signals
that all is set, I am ready. If there is a need for

any material— either for my own use or for the

home— I make a request and he provides. God

has been using him tremendously for me and the

ministry. So, at no point in time did we ever

quarrel over business issues. The business isn’t

mine but his (Soji’s).

26-year-old Vietnamese man had a penile
fracture after trying an unusual position in bed,
prompting him to cast embarrassment aside
and run to the hospital.
The man simply identified as V.V.C.was
hospitalized at 1:45 am on Christmas Day with
a swollen, deformed, and bluish colored penis,
doctors at the K120 Military Hospital in Tien
Giang Province, located in the Mekong Delta,
said on Wednesday.
The patient immediately underwent an
emergency surgery after an MRI scan showed
that he had a penile fracture, said Dr. Vu Dang
Trung, deputy director of the clinic.
The man confessed that he was having sex in
an unordinary position when he felt pain and
his penis became curved and inflamed. He
was rushed to the hospital by family
members.
Doctor Hua Xuan Phuong, the surgeon in
charge of C.’s operation, said the patient has
recovered and is now able to urinate normally.
“But we cannot comment on his
erectile function, which might take up
to three months of treatment before
fully recovering,” Phuong said.
Trung recommended that people with injuries
from similar ‘sex accidents’ go to hospital as
soon as possible in order to avoid serious
complications to both their sexual and overall
health.

Five filling stations in Lokoja, the Kogi

state capital have been sealed by the

Department of Petroleum Resources

(DPR) for selling petrol above the

government regulated price of N145 per

litre.

​The stations were sealed on Wednesday,
December 27 when the DPR operations

controller in charge of Kogi state, Engineer Amos Jokodola was heading an

inspection of filling stations in Lokoja,

Daily Trust reports.

Jokodola expressed disappointment over

the attitude of some fuel dealers who he

said derived the pleasure in flaunting

the government price.

He accused some stations of hoarding

petroleum products to cause artificial

scarcity.

Jokodola said: “Imagine, some filling

stations have enough fuel but they

choose not to sell to customer; we are

coming round the stations to force them

to sell at government price.

“The five stations we sealed up have fuel

and sell above government price while

some saw us coming and closed their fuel

stations. We will continue to monitor

them until they comply and make the

petrol available to motorists to buy .”

The DPR boss warned that any dealer

who fails to adhere to the government

regulated price per litre will be

sanctioned appropriately.

Saudi Arabia has announced it will lift a ban on
commercial cinemas that has lasted more than
three decades.
The ministry of culture and information said it
would begin issuing licences immediately and
that the first cinemas were expected to open in
March 2018.
The measure is part of Crown Prince Mohammed
bin Salman's Vision 2030 social and economic
reform programme.
The conservative Muslim kingdom had cinemas
in the 1970s, but clerics persuaded authorities to
close them.
As recently as January, Grand Mufti Sheikh
Abdul Aziz Al al-Sheikh reportedly warned of the
"depravity" of cinemas , saying they would
corrupt morals if allowed.
