if u think life is easy try sumal /Yale where you'd have to stand for more than 8hours to pack biscuits only just get 30mins to rest for break

Lol. He don fair now sef. During my time there , Nah 12hours shift we dey do those times. Eyes don see baba. We just thank God for life . Majorly nah people wey never suffer much dey get this abroad thing opportunity and reason why you see an average thread of japa complaining of stress and too much work grin

You see that single you mentioned is the real issue. Single/alone, I add alone to it because single in this case does not refer to couples only.
But life gets more easier and less difficult when you have got somebody you guys can relate together, hustle together and most especially share most bills together.
I guess that is why those Asian guys (especially Pakistanis) are thriving abroad (UK/Canada), even in malls you will always see like 5, 6, or 7 of them walking, talking, or working together.
They also rent 3, 4, or 5 bedroom apartment together which is way more cheaper than each of them renting a 1 bedroom apartment separately.

But in our own case, when 3 or more black people come together; na communal clash go start cry

Lol. Communal clash simple. Uno talk say them go dey collect there friend's wife and seeing each other as enemy of progress.

Wow, I have never taken a look at this abroad thing from your point of view.

You are 100% spot on. You are one of the few people I have learnt something new from on this nairaland, not the many people that will just type things wey you go wonder if they are catching cruise?
Most people I have met here in Canada are people that have never worked in places you have just mentioned.
As a former Ibadan resident myself, I have only heard tales of places like SUMAL, YALE, etc I never even enter see.

Lol. Bro. That's the real thing o. And ontop that work. Guess how much them dey pay us daily. Just 800 naira per day . And we go still dey fight to do extra shift sef ontop the suffering o. Those places I mentioned no be child's play arena o. Anyone that has work in those places or any Chinese or Indian company will see all this abroad stress as chewing gum.

Make God crown our effort o .

Chai. I remember those years when I dey work for yale biscuit, Where we go dey pack buscuit on our toes for hours ,dey carry packet , Lpl. This ones no taste any Sufferings B4 them japa. AJE,

That's why abroad is not for the rich and comfortable ones. Atleast stay nigeria where una don make millions without sweating or working under duress. Nah. You won't.

An average ajepacko wey don work for sumal or yale or BAT as casual worker ,wey don stand for 6 hours packing cartons for factory doing morning, afternoon and night shift join body to make ends meet no go ever complain say he is suffering abroad.

But guess what ,Nature doesn't favor those kind of people to travel abroad cos of financial strength which is needed as POF for travel.

May God bless all real hustlers out there jare

But you yourself are one shaddy Escrow. Wish I can document my last experience with you in a YouTube video to caution people that don't want drama to stay away from you.

Using this guy as Escrow is bad for the person that has USD to sell, especially if you are just someone that earns in dollars and want to exchange your money to Naira to spend.

Have never had any negative review about braindee though. Infact I still use him today for 1500$ transaction already.

Lol, no point arguing with you. Abeg report me to DSS tell them say i be terrorist make them come arrest me so that i go sue them for like 500m since according to you DSS go just arrest anybody immediately. I'm very sure some resellers will be happy to be arrested so they can cash out by suing.

Some of us members are wise not to have taken such step aswell. I guess the person is just talking out of frustration.

If you guys are serious, team up even if he already mute the group you can message other group members

Team up and meet up

Get a reputable police officer from state headquater

[[s]b]Go after all his supposed reseller (they are his partner in crime) via their bank account
[/b][/s]
Get them arrested, if you can get only one and with best torture he will reveal the rest and kingpin of this fraud (provided that they are all still in Nigeria which I doubt)

You guys can still retrieve only small portion of your money(if you take necessary actions) because you can't retrieve all

Majority of the resellers are innocent. Stop talking about what you don't know. If you have traded just 1k$ . Resellership post is open to you aswell. Nothing is hidden about who can become a reseller on his platform.

Nairaland / General / Whatsapp Down: App Not Working As Users Unable To Send Or Receive Messages by slimanyd: 8:40am On Oct 25, 2022
WhatsApp has broken, with users unable to send or receive messages.

The world’s most popular messaging app appears to have stopped working, potentially affecting billions of users.

The app would allow people to type messages to friends and then press send. But they then became stuck, never actually delivering.

It means that users are likely sending and being sent messages without them actually being delivered – potentially leading to problems.

The issues led to a huge spike of reports on outage tracking website DownDetector, with users around the world reporting problems.

WhatsApp does not maintain any official outlets to update users on outages. Unlike the rest of Meta, it does not run an official status page, and it has a Twitter account intended to document problems but has not used it since 2014.

It also runs official Facebook and Twitter accounts, but neither had been updated in response to the outage.

WhatsApp is the biggest chat platform in the world, with more than two billion monthly active users, and the third biggest social platform after Facebook and YouTube.
