semmyk: Typically, cheaper buying (online) before getting to the airport. [Probably also through the agents, I donno] Okay. Thanks. But can one still pay for excess luggage online even after one has already gotten the ticket and he realised his loads are way more than the required maybe after 2 weeks of getting the ticket . |

leef2022: So to you, that sentence made sense? And how did you read, to only understand that the guy was happy that Nigeria is on the red list? The op could have meant to show his/her pain and frustration that some bad actors have hijacked the recruitment process and made it difficult for people to secure a job within the social work route... Agent never hijacked any process rather those uk companies themselves want to only deal with recruitment agency instead of dealing directly with candidates. That's the loopholes those greedy recruitment agency are taking advantage of thereby selling slots with it. Do you think am happy paying such amount aswell ni? Ask those telling you to keep applying by urself. They themselves won't tell you the exact company they applied to ,Why? They are also hiding the full details form lots who don't have such money to spear. Even in Nigeria of today. Company are outsourcing there job to recruitment agencies to employ workers for them. |

leef2022: what are you saying? what you typed made no sense. Please. Swerve one side. If. You can't read to understand basic sentences. Which only talks about some comments I saw on a thread where a guy was happy that Nigeria is hotlisted. It sounds somehow why a reasonable person will be happy for such info. So, Are u among them aswell? Cos I don't understand ur own gbeborun for the matter wey dey ground. |

tiptoe1: The WHO update their red list countries every 3years and Nigeria has been in the list, I'm surprised people are just noticing this now.
What that article means is that recruiting agencies from UK can't come to Nigeria to recruit. An example is EducationUSA, theyre an international organisation that comes to Nigeria to lecture student who wishes to study in the USA.
So it means recruiting agencies from an hospital or a care home in UK can't come to Nigeria to lecture and recruit people because the UK government signed a treaty with the Nigerian government to recruit healthcare worker from Nigeria but the Nigerian government declined it. So it means you're the one who will apply yourself to the company, the company won't send their recruiting personnel over here.
It's clearly written that organisations are only permitted to recruit on the terms of the government-to-government agreement, but in the case of Nigeria, the agreement signed can't let them.
The healthcare route hasn't been stopped, Na just rumour. COS will keep coming and those greedy agents will continue cashing out. Thanks jare. Some agent of doom are already jumping everywhere happy that care route us now stopped. Imagine them been happy 😊 😃 cos uk redlist Nigeria. Chai. Awon ota aje. |

CowbellY: Yes, Airfrance requires a Transit Visa to travel through France.
I think all direct flights to Birmingham pass through transit countries. (You might wanna give Turkish Airlines a look)
Prices quoted in USD are paid in USD. You can't make a transfer and your naira visa card wouldn't work.
Qatar Airways quotes their prices in Naira and they accept Bank Transfer. If you decide to use that, I have put my Privilege Club link here https://www.qatarairways.com/en-in/Privilege-Club/join-now.html?P1=Ry93TElJemw4REU9&R1=UTd1NEFuN3hwUUovQTFVMlRORnZEZz09&iid=ALL97317200 its a referral scheme where you get 3000 avios for registering Cheers But can I make payment via dom account atm card. ? I check the Qatar Airways flight now. The earliest date is 26th of April which is far far. |
