her family will Join later,my Question is This,

Pls apart from her Letter of employment and her int'l passport, which other documents will she travel with??

My CoS start date is 11th February but I couldn't make it, my employer understands and is not presurring me

Now I want to ask, the expiry date of the CoS is 23rd march, if I leave after that date, will I have issue with UK border when I get to the airport please

Yes /No. Why should you be afraid if they call ur sponsor? Haven't you done or started you documentation with your sponsor yet if u already have your cos?

2. If I have used my sister's home address as where and who I will be staying with when I get into the UK, will they call her to confirm if she's aware of this arrangement?

I did my test this Monday, iom requires you to email now as the online booking platform is bad.
Email your passport, preferred date and other information here

What matters is the authenticity and validity of the passport. As long as it's issued by NIS, you are good to go. Besides, I doubt if any passport office is still issuing the old passport booklet.

1. I am registering for IELTS exam after the election in February, I have gotten my national identify card and I have taken lessons for the exam and feel quite confident. I am however unsure of the IELTS exam to take because I was to apply to a university, hence I prepared for the academic exam. Right now my Aunt is trying to use the skilled worker visa approach ( relocating as a carer), because it gives the opportunity of schooling and working as that visa permits it. Do I still write the academic IELTS exam because of the prospect of schooling or take the general IELTS exam?

I have been with my partner for almost 13years now but we are just married traditionall[/b]y.... I submitted every true documents we have and our kids birth certificates carrying both our names, chats, bank transactions between us, photographs, sworn affidavit of change of name, newspaper publication, [b]sworn affidavit of traditional marriage, yet I got this mail below.

Please if you have gone through something like this or have an idea of what else I can do as we don't have a registry certificate, kindly give your input too. MA is in the UK already so we can't even do a sharp sharp registry marriage

At this point. It's better applicant ask for all the terms and conditions concerning the COS they'll be given if they're getting it through an agent. Never knew about this until now. Chai this is unfair na

Since you said this company are not concerned about losing their license. Try applying to other care homes since most of them prefer people already in the UK. You shouldn't wait till they revoke your COS which is most likely to happen at this point.

They should only ask this 2 years proof from couples that are claiming civil partnership with no marriage certificate....

If they need to confirm genuineness of marriage they should take it up with the registry.....

No accommodation by the organisation maintenance was only ticked but I was told I have to sought out my accommodation.

Please anyone in Scotland Kilmarnock East Ayrshire with a shared apartment or have an idea of accommodation I can rent should assist I need a place urgently 1st of March.
