Secondly, please do I submit the references when entering the pool or you can only submit when you get ITA. If references will be submitted after ITA, then my second bank should get me 1.5 years too, so I won’t bother with the customer service as you said

NOC 10021. You can check the matching job title.

For your experience, add everything, so it’s more than 3 years. And get references for all three, hopefully you get an invite.

But keep tracking it. Once you have 3 years experience in the bank, you remove the customer services experience.

Hello Guys, I’m planning on entering the pool soon, I’ve read the thread but I still have some questions. I’d be glad if I can get answers.

1. I work in a bank (foreign operations, funds transfer). I can’t seem to find the NOC for this. The NOC I saw was for general banking officer and the duties do not really tally with what I do.

2. I have 1.5 years Experience from a bank, and another 10months experience from another bank(total not up to 3 years), but I have other work experience( customer service). Do I add all these as my primary occupation? And do I get references for all three?

I'm quite confused about the attestation form.

Do I draft a form for each person like a guarantor's form where each person has a copy to sign, or write it like a letter, then add the 2 referees at the end of the letter, the way we add references at the end of Cvs.

Somebody please help out.

However, your assertion about interviewing experienced hire may be wrong, I am one and I have reached out to many of the experienced candidates contacted ....kindly tell us the name of this bank if you know....

Let's just be ready to wait for another 6 months. As it is now, someone that indicated interest will get another job before they will finally be ready to call us.

I sent them a mail though, (the email address included in the mail sent to us) they replied and said it's a new bank, so many modalities have to be put in place first. I'm not sure the bank has gotten its name yet sef, so we go still wait well well.

Meanwhile they are interviewing the experienced hire for the same bank currently.

You guys can try to reach out to them too.

Almost 25 days after the "update recruitment interest" mail, nothing again. I'm not sure this people are even serious sef. I'm shocked people got a regret mail nevertheless.

I got the mail on Friday.
