Jobs/Vacancies › Re: UBA Aptitude Test: What To Expect? by slimbless(f): 11:22am On Mar 25, 2019 |
Thank you very much. I've been invited for the entry level internship assessment tomorrow, even though I would have preferred the graduate trainee Fremaxx: Good question. The three are different. Internship is for undergraduate students without certificate or NYSC or for ND graduate looking for internship in finance line. Entry level is most time admin work/customer service line, it requires less qualification like HND or Bsc with 2:2 min. Graduate trainee is the lowest executive cadre requiring more technical and logical skillset, min requirement is BSC 2:1. As you can see the hierarchy, that's how they pay well. Employers pay graduate trainee more than entry level and entry level more then interns. Interns sometimes don't get paid as voluntary service. And there is another which is junior staff like cleaners, drivers requirement is just waec result. I hope this helps |

Hi, Did you finally go to the HQ today? I did, and a guy attended to me, he said they do not accept hard copies of CV, he asked me to check their website and click on careers, which I couldn't find or I should send my CV to Cfc@ubagroup.com (and I think that email is for customer service). I'm really confused. Seunfaj: yeah.....i am going there on friday |

I've seen people that went for the medicals, some of them might even be on this read but doesn't want to talk. FadareIbk: Sorry about that. So i’m wondering, if quite a few people got the cancellation mails, who are those resuming with the first batch considering most people who got success mails fall under the 2nd batch? |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Ecobank Management And Graduate Development Programme 2019 by slimbless(f): 8:38pm On Feb 28, 2019 |
Same happened to me o, and 3 other people I know. If this was another country ehn, them for just sue them, imagine raising hopes and then dashing it moments later. In this case sef, sebi they are just supposed to give free slot for the entry level. So disheartening. aynelson: I called, and he said the mail for pre engagement medical test was sent in error.
In which professional setting do firms send out success mails in error? He said I wasn't the only one affected, so I need clarity from fellow applicants , before I fight this development. |

Do you mean the questions are too simple or too hard? DivineKayy: Enh... This is not your hand writing. So I believe these weren't the exact questions you were asked. That is if you went for the interview at all. |

Thank you Jenveev: Some of the main questions asked during my interview
Let us about yourself.
If you had #10m, what business would you invest in, and how would you go about the whole process of setting it up?
In light of the heavy traffic in your area, if you are able to meet your Local Government Chairman today, what would be your proposal on how to resolve the issue?
Tell us about a time you had to convince a colleague, friend or family member to buy your idea... How did you go about it? And did you succeed in doing that?
How does your past experience relate to banking?
Your major weaknesses and how you've worked to improve them?
What unit of the bank would u prefer to work and why?
Why Ecobank? |
