I had a similar experience few weeks back. I had planned to watch a football match( man U vs Chelsea) somewhere around ifako in Agege. During the half-time interval, I decided to eat nd went into an igbo canteen to get akpu. The guy that attended to me said there was no apku but semovita which I don't really like. While the conversation was going on, I held my phone Nokia Asha 201 in my hands nd left the place for the viewing center since I culdnt get akpu. It was after about 30mins that I realise my fone wasn't with me. I called d line in d fone several times til someone picked and said I left the fone at the canteen that I should come to pick it up. It was like a dream, left the viewing center with a speed of light. On getting there, I met this guy who attended to me and he gave me back my fone. I was speechless..I gave him a hug and a token. Anytime I pass through that route, I always check on the igbo guy. |
