[lol thanks broquote author=Lexusgs430 post=77221888] If Nigerian shops are not available, the Indian's got you covered............ White dominated is good..... I believe you did not travel to the UK to form an èbúté mẹ́tta extension............ Intergration is key..... Even if you have Nigerian's around you on the same street, you might not even relate with each other...........
|

Good morning house, am a silent observer of the thread and I must say I have learnt a whole lot from the wealth of experience of the gurus in the house. I will be relocating to Poole, Dorset in a few weeks can anyone give me a review of what the place is like? I learnt it's a white dominated place are there Nigerians there by chance, African shops where I can get Nigerian foods? Thanks in anticipation. |

[Congratulations Gracefav on acing your cbt, pls i nred some information from you.
Congratulations Inkredible, would love to have your contact, I was found eligible to sit for cbt by NMC though under evidence two, which states that you must have undergone a pre-registration training, taught in English & currently practicing in hospital where English is spoken 75% of the time. I just passed my CBT exam but along the line decided to write ielts because there is a probability that NMC may not be satisfied with the evidence two when presented. I wrote ielts academic and got L8, S7, W7, R6.5, so I registered for ielts ukvi and need someone (friend) whom i can share my experience with and who will be able to advice me based on experience. Most of female colleagues that have been through this journey are so protective of their experiences including the mistakes or the challenges they faced & how they overcame. Please help a colleague
|

IYIMAN: Congratulations! Decide which board you want to use, then apply for CES. While waiting for CES report , apply to the board with payment.
NB: you may not use New York board if you don't want to wait for 9 months.... Look at Texas and New Mexico (just a suggestion). OK thanks |

IYIMAN: New York matches your criteria, maybe some others do too, check state by state and eliminate the ones that don't fit your wish. Some need English, some fingerprint, some SSN, some others Cgfns exam. New York doesn't need any of those. I just got my Ielts result LR 8, WS 6.5 overall of 7.5. pls what is d next step for me? which comes first credentials evaluation or registration with BON? pls put me thru. can I get your email Addy? Thanks in anticipation. |

AjaoSandra: Texas Board of Nursing actually sends you the standard FBI print cards 10 and a few more days after your application reaches them, You then enroll with identogo as an international candidate, to have the cards submitted to their mail after you have taken the prints with the law enforcement agent here in Naija, TEXAS BON have an exclusive contract with 'em .....cost of enrollment with them is 37dollars..... Then about the verification of your secondary school cert with cgfns for those applying with Texas, all they need is your sec school diploma, notarized copy of your WAEC result and testimonial should do that..... Recent updates from my end, as I progress through, would drop Info here for those pursing Texas too......lets help each other pls concerning the waec certificate I combine two sittings ow do i go about it should I send the two result |

P406: Rundown of the process is same all through as has been stated on this forum. IELTS CGFNS CES report (transcripts from SON, licence verification from nursing council) Apply to a BON and get approved after they receive CES Register for nclex with pearsonvue Get ATT Schedule and write your nclex Pass nclex Proceed to visa screen Get an employer /sponsor for EB3 (mine is passportusa) File i140 ( done by employer) Get application approved Attend interview at embassy Get visa approved and that's it.
The steps outlined above is how I did mine. There are other routes too. Like going to the agencies direct like Avant, passportusa etc who will now prep you for nclex and all. Mine was solely DIY. pls how did you prepare for nclex? Which materials did you use? |
