joywendy:Matthew 7 1 Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye. |

WHERE WILL YOU SPEND ETERNITY? 1. Where will you spend eternity? This question comes to you and me! Tell me, what shall your answer be? Where will you spend, eternity? Eternity! Eternity! Where will you spend, eternity? 2. Many are choosing Christ today, Turning from all their sins away; Heav’n shall their happy portion be; Where will you spend eternity? Eternity! Eternity! Where will you spend eternity? 3. Leaving the strait and narrow way, Going the downward road today, Sad will their final ending be, Lost thro’ a long eternity! Eternity! Eternity! Lost through a long eternity! 4. Repent, believe, this very hour, Trust in the Saviour’s grace and power; Then will your joyous answer be, Saved through a long eternity! Eternity! Eternity! Saved through a long eternity! |

exxell:1 John 2:9 He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now. 1 John 2:11 But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes. 1 John 4:20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? |
exxell:All the bolded..think about Luke 6:45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. |
sescop: chaiYesterday afternoon! Someone else I know confirmed he got the same email. |

ifeness: The name of the first slave ship from Africa to Europe was called good ship Jesus. That sums up everything about you.Don't be afraid to answer him man to man. You ask for it and he gave you things to ponder on and reply, but instead of intellectual reasoning you said he is indoctrinated. I think you are afraid to debate in the face of overwhelming and unintimidatable superior argument! Atheism is not for the feebleminded. Try something else. Infact, try Jesus. Shalom |
thegoodjoehunt3: [b]As we say good bye to a hero Dr Mrs Ameyo Adadevoh, I think our Men of God need to reflect.Abeg, go ahead and open an account for this purpose and liase with the ministry of health to solicit for necessary help and contribution. Men of God will contibute, likewise men of honour. Don't fall into the trap of using men of God as your sparring box. Let God be their judge. You and I should be true to our own irresponsibilities and responsibilities respectively. Shalom |
Youngsage: Some of us find the Bible difficult toI hope you don't mind my using this on our facebook page? Thanks for sharing such profound and treasurable facts. God bless you and your generation for us in Jesus name |
MOBBDEEP: Hmm, I didn't want to comment before until I saw these posts.I put it to you it is a lie. You remember the content of the book but can't provide a link. Reasearches are not done in the air. And several other references must have been quoted. Define objectivity for me. They shared their personal experiences, that is what is called in the academics subjective (personal involvement). If there are delusions from the religious perspectives and you that has no delusion can't give me a source, I doubt the genuineness of your intentions and contributions to this forum. I am for absolute abstinence. Just as I did not defile(that is the name) anyone's daughter, I would not want another person to defile my daughters(I have got a beautiful girl). Tell me from the depth of your heart, will you want your daughters to be treated as prostitutes are treated? (No respect, no regard, no honour or glory or value attached and sometimes killed after being used). Jesus has helped a thousand more to stay true to what is morally upright and praise worthy, get Him and get help. God bless you. |
emenik08: Plz is it through dat core yoruba pple dnt use toilet tissue rather they use water for cleaning up afta toiletBecause it is cleaner and sanitary-proof. For those that use toilet rolls, good for you. But remember you don't use it for new born babies. |
Happy New Month fellow hopefuls. I pray that the Lord Jesus will confirm the great news to us in this month of AUGUST. Since God cannot lie, open your heart and breathe easy, for I smell the tidings in the air. |
jossy26: @slogozer, if you were called before, abeg kindly place a call, they should let us know our fate jare, i have actually sent an email to the address that invited me for the interview but i havent got any response. We will appreciate if you feed the house back Mr slogozerMy bros I was not called by phone. That is why I wanted anyone who was called to help call them. I am on the rig now otherwise I could have ask in ExxonMobil house. Till then whoever has the number should help out |
kwizzy: Does anyone have exxon mobil HR contact. Its neccessary we call to know our fateO boy I thought you had a link with them or how do you get your info? Besides, it is better those of us that were called on phone then give a call (with the number they used) as Kwizzy suggested |
Osezzua: Any updates today?Only Kwizzy can tell us o. A process that started with close to 700 or thereabout at the aptitude test level cannot end up with two qualified candidate. My thought is, a decision is yet to be taken. ExxonMobil has spontaneous and effective system. When they make their decision there will be no second guessing. I believe I am one of those to be called and until then, no shaking. |
kwizzy: This is our week! Keep hope alive. Exxon calls on the way!I say a big Amen in Jesus name |
Apatheist: Ironically, most of them are owned by churches whose members finance, and at the end of the day they can't afford to send their children there. The people that finance those schools do not cry as much as people that want to exploit the Vision of the Church. If a whole federal Government can not sustain schools that are heavily run by subventions, international fundings and different world bank support, where and how do you want this churches to keep up to standard. If trully your parents are poor, then you should learn to sit and read and win the scholarship opportunities made available by the same Church for indigent students. No, you will not but rather paint the great ideas of such men in bad picture. If you think the church is wrong to ask for what they think is sufficient to keep them alive and afloat, go and start ordinary primary school and make it free. Tell me the location and the quality so I can bring my children. Don't be an ingrate. |
MillionDollars: yh, i 'was' bringin a point in respect to 'our' inactive govt! You seem to have duplicate life. We don't need you bringing a point that can give ideas to killers. Try and think out how to make your million dollars without the thought of bloodshed getting in. |
I did not get any such mail either. Why would exxonmobil be asking for that to be done at this stage. Most likely that should be for another position |
bukatyne: Funny enough, some churches will not accept that gown.Hello Sir, Leave church standard but keep God's standard. 1 Peter 1: 15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. |
Now that Nairaland crash has wiped off the period of our Aptitude test, skill test and interview from the database, it should not stop us from keeping hope alive and burning firmly. Kindly ship in update |
Quote: "Richard Branson the chairman of Virgin Atlantic alluded to a number of issue bordering on doing business in Nigeria : "...we have virgin's ill-fated footsteps by setting up a new airline in Africa in conjunction with Nigerian government...the details of the doomed attempts to crack the Nigerian market in the 2000s is better imagined...we put ...together a very good airline-the first airline in West Africa that was ever IOSA/IATA operational safety audit accredited but unfortunately it got tied down to the politics of the country...we led the airlines for 11 years...we fought daily battle against government agents who wanted to daily make fortune from us, politicians who saw the government 49% as a meal to seek for all kinds of favour...watchdogs(regulatory body) that didn't know what to do and persistently asking for bribes at any point...Nigeria people are generally nice but the politicians are very insane...that may be irony because the people make up the politicians...but those politicians are selfish...we did make N3billion for the federal government of Nigeria during the joint venture...realising that the government didn't bring nothing to the table/partnership except dubious debts by the previous carrier, Nigeria Airways...The joint venture should have been the biggest African carrier by now if the partnership was allowed to grow, but the politicians KILLED it...Nigeria is a country we SHALL NEVER consider to doing business again..''. |
