IkembaCMD: A gem is not polished without friction nor a man without trial... 211 is a mark that is conventionally low but it depends on the Cutoff released by the universities, Whatever you're gonna do, do it carefully and calm down. I felt i was ready words from Chinu Achebe until i checked the username. Thanks boss! My mind is made to do school swap. I'm changing to LASU. With God on my side i'm gonna prepare harder and smarter. This admission is mine!!!!!! |

aliandro: Impossibility is a mere word for the determined!!! 208,214 ,218,223 are all good scores for unilag post utme.Get your calculators and divide your utme score by 8,then your proposed post utme score by 2....For example 220/8 equals 27.5. Proposed p.utme score 85%/2 equals 42.5. 27.5+42.5=70.You stand a chance of being admitted with this.85 percent is possible in unilag post utme,if you can work hard and smart.Prior preparation prevents poor performance!!! Hmmm. I'm feeling optimistic now. But..., what if their cutoff mark is 250 above? |

Thewhizzkid1: Why ar u guys panicking like this na?@smartdave1,simba1,etc. U guys already did ur best. The guy that taught he'll score 350+, I understand ur point, but "na so e dy be o". It's part of the experience you'll gain anyway. U guys just have to focus on ur post utme and leave jamb aside. After all, there is no need crying over spilt milk. The fact is that, all medical schools nowadays are competitive, whether it be federal or state. There are no two ways to gaining admission, just beat the cut off well, that's all, whether it be UNN or DELSU. I urge you guys that scored 240 to just change to a UNI of ur origin and prepare very well for the putme. GOOD LUCK. Sir Thewhizzkid, thanks for your words. I'm glad to see that you cares. With God on my side I'm gonna make it. How is college? |

Medical Humour A British doctor says, "Medicine in my country is so advanced that we can take a kidney out of one man, put it in another man, and have him looking for work in six weeks." A German doctor says, "That's nothing . We can take a lung out of one person, put it in another man,and have him looking for work in four weeks." A Russian doctor says, "In my country, medicine is so advanced we take half a heart out of one person, put it in another man,and have both of them looking for work in two weeks." The American doctor, not to be outdone, says, "You guys are way behind us. We just took a man with no brain out of Texas, put him in the White House, and now half the country is looking for work. This old man visits his doctor and after a thorough examination, the doctor tells him, "I have good news and bad news, what would you like to hear first?" Patient: Well, give me the bad news first. Doctor: You have cancer, I estimate that you have about two years left. Patient: OH NO! That's awful! In two years, my life will be over! What kind of good news could you probably tell me, after this Doctor: You also have Alzheimer's. In about three months you are going to forget everything I told you. Happy Sunday and Happy new month all' |

IkembaCMD: The position with which you sleep is a considerable cause of your neck pain and ( probably your reading style too may contribute to it). Normally, when you rotate or massage your neck, you perceive knuckling sounds, which may lessen your pain... But to be frank, i'll advice a Healthier sleeping style and a better reading posture, The water magic!, Its up to you...
God bless. Thank you sir. I read on a chair and table and my sleeping position is side and sometimes stomach. Thanks for finding time to answer me. |

Good afternoon Docs and Docs to be.
I need a little help. Sometimes I feel pain in my neck whenever i wake up from sleep or after reading for long hours. Recently whenever I experience this I'll pour cold water on my neck. It works like magic. The pain will subside immediately.
Pls is there any side effect to it (the use of cold water on the neck). If yes what other way can be used to stop the pain.
Thanks!
Happy Sunday all. |

IMSU is free for all! What abt ABSU? wow! free school fees for all the last time I checked it was free for only indigenes. sorry for the oversight. I don't know much about ABSUTH. They might be good tho but DELSUTH still have it. ABSU medicos come and tell us what ABSUTH has got. |

simba1: Really? Pls can u give me at least one reason why? Thanks ANSU College of Medical Sciences is not fully accredited by MDCN. This is a flaw in their aspect. Can't really tell about IMSU. DELSUTH success in kidney transplant gave them my thumbs up. Again IMSU's school fees is about 150k for non-indigene. But DELSU is about 45 - 50 k |
