Does it represent 1.6GB, which doesn't connect to the internet? She has already contacted Glo, and they confirmed no data subscription on her line.

You can inquire from Glo, and tell me how to check balance and be able to browse with it. You can equally contact the Glo line and speak with the customer.

Depending on the Bitcoin exchanger. After creating an account, create a Bitcoin wallet, and also instruct the recepient to do the same. You can buy bitcoin directly with your visa/mastercards, then transfer the bitcoin to your recepient via same exchanger or different exchanger. He/she (recepient) can then convert the bitcoin in dollars, then withdraw via okpay, perfect money, webmoney etc in order to get exchange rates up to N290-300/$. So simple.

Both you (sender) and the recepient should open a bitcoin account. Fees are much more lower than any bank of the world. Open Bitcoin account with: www.btc-e.com, www.criptsy.com, www.bter.com etc

Once a user send Bitcoin to ur address, it will undergo confirmation in the Bitcoin chain (usually 1hr), then the Bitcoin will now appear in ur Btc-e.com account. At this stage, just sell ur bitcoins, by entering the value u've in you wallet, once sold successfully, u wil get the dollar value at that time which u can withdraw via perfecmoney, okpay, paypal, yandex, debit card, payco etc. Visit www.btc-e.com for more info.
