Yes that's what's presently in supply in that axis not that he can't get better grades sand. The axis where the site is, it's rainy season already and bad, undulating, erosion conditions of the mines that supply his axis won't make Trucks go farther to where better mines are. its the norm that he can't get better grades at his side for now around his axis. Maybe when the rain stops and his supplier's truck feels he's worth moving farther for, he would get better. Or get supplys from other axes in that same ibadan.

There are so many axes of sharp sand mines in ibadan for each particular area but all in all ibadan doesn't have real sharp sand even if it doesn't rain.

Follow nairaland property section keenly... If this is done intermittently and later thoroughly, you would be able to judge by yourself what you think will finish your taste cost - wise.

Why I said nairaland property section is: All you need to build the house till you are handed the keys are here at affordable rates.

-You can get the Simawa land on here or even a better one at a good deal.

-You can get a good Architect also here.

-A good quantity surveyor.

-A good civil/structural engineer

-A good builder etc.

Almost everything or everyone you need for the Build, you get 'em here.

At the moment, no sir for plaster sand.
You can get plaster sand easily around there and I doubt it if you can get 30tons in one trip.

What is the location of your site maybe I can link you up with the nearest plaster sand mine, if any?
