How are other members of staffs taking it? Also open your mind to other possibilities which doesn't necessarily entail leaving your present job. It could be going into interior villages where food stuffs are wasting and moving it closer to the city consumers or marketing some genuine properties.

This is the time to get creative and think outside the box cos today's world economy it too volatile to rely on a single means of income.Teach your wife and kids and bring them on board if need be.

You guys must work as a team for family preservation.

You don't need cash to start marketing and can package and sell your ideas for money once you identify the food stuff business or go into partnership with an already extablished food vendor.

i opened a bizness for wifey like 2 years ago..
it is not wise for us to keep removing from d biz..hope u understand that?

Yours is from Feb... I work for Oyo state government and the last salary I received was for November.. The state is owing Dec Jan Feb March April and now may loading.. 5months... Thank God for the gift of life my brother I must confess it is not easy ooo.

Actually, courtesy demands that in the face of financial difficulties by an employer, the employee be briefed about the status quo, and measures been put in place to cushion it's effect. But here in Nigeria, they trample on the right of their employees, knowing that getting another job will be hectic...Smh. I would advice you meet him in person at least to save your family from crashing financially. All the best bro!

I always wonder why organizations especially Private firms, when it comes to salary payments.. when there is no money dey dont explain to their staff.. they just keep or leave them guessing.. Is dis right?

I have not gotten my Febuary-April.. by the end of dis month.. it will make it 4 months.. No one explained anything...

yes we know that our country's economy has dwindled and things are quite hard..
I think employees deserve to be talked to or explained too in situations like this..

I sent our Manager a text late last month about my kids skol fees.. he never replied.. How I paid.. its just God (I had to write letter of undertaking) ..I sent another Message today and he hasnt replied and he has viewed it.

Imagine with this fuel increase... things are off the roof..
as i type dis I dont even have credit on my phone.. Just data and once it gets exhausted.. Thats all!

If it happens with the FG or state its understandable but in an organization where you have like 20 people pls and pls explain to ur staff they truly deserve it.

and u can not vex and say u are leaving.. Leaving to where.. when Jobs are not available..
