Good idea but how will u select who answer's those questions submitted by students? Cos it has to be the right answer.
Access to internet maybe another prob as alot of Nigerians don't have access to Internet.

But its a very good idea.

The answers would be automatically programmed just like that of Sat practice site and has for the issue of Internet access, if only one can get some schools to approve it for their students or FME approval then one can setup dedicated centers,
