Entered London yesterday(Feb.14) and travelled to my hotel in Norwich(My destination) in a chartered Car. Public buses are not currently working in the UK till march, you can use the train if you want.

For People travelling to the UK this week:

1. Be prepared for unprofessional clearance and immigration officers at the Lagos airport, If you have been travelling before, you should know this already. Like 5 different people asked for my covid result and Uk passenger locator form. Got tired at some point. I dropped 5k for them as usual (Maybe cos i dont like it when people beg too much) after turning themselves to professional beggar. You may not, it depends on you.

2. Be ready for a long queue at the Heathrow airport, though highly professional and fast. The woman just asked for passport, scanned it, asked for covid test result and locator form, told me to pass(spent not up to 2 minutes). I did my covid test at Afriglobal Ikeja. Please do yours too at any of the NCDC approved private labs at least two days before departure. They stopped some guys from china and india from entering because of the covid test result and locator form.

3. Have a safe journey!

Okay, thank you. Are buses and trains moving around, so i can get to Norwich that same day?

The actual place you stay for 10 days is what should be on the form (they do spot check) so if you be in the hotel in Norwich then that what you put down

Please i am taking Qatar Airways to London with a layover in Qatar. On the passenger locator form, should i fill Nigeria or Qatar as which country are you travelling from?
And also my final destination is Norwich and i have booked a hotel for the isolation period, should i put the Norwich address on the locator form or it has to be a London address? am i going to get a bus or train to Norwich?

Let your statement of account be clear enough, I printed mine four times from my bank before I got satisfied.
Use Paga verve to pay for visa fee and Ihs, they use CBN rate and are listed on the visa application website
Declare your past visa refusals(If you have any) it won't hurt your application.
Alert your school admission officers immediately you submit your visa application and biometrics
Pray for God's mercy

Flutterwave uses $475/Naira. After downloading the Barter by Flutterwave app. Create an account, login and link your bank card, then create a virtual card. The virtual card helps to take money from your bank card and convert it to dollars to pay for the Priority and superpriority on the TLS site

You can pay by yourself, after filling all the details on the application site. First create account on PAGA and do all verifications with your email, phone number and BVN. Pay for your visa fees and ihs by selecting Paga verve, link your card from there, Paga uses CBN Rate, thats 382$/1Naira. They will give you the exact amount to pay on the payment tab.
For Priority, Download Barter App by Flutterwave. register and create a virtual card. It allows you to pay in dollar. Paga cannot be used for Priority fees

On proof of funds, the embassy and schools use oanda rate. Go to https://www1.oanda.com/currency/converter/ to check the rate. Add enough money to your calculation because of flunctuation

1) Can a pregnant woman apply for study visa in the Uk? Tho I read it’s not a breach of your tier 4 visa but my understanding of that is that it’s not a breach if you already have the visa and got pregnant so my question still remains can a pregnant woman apply?

2) The proof of funds ie Balance for school fees and maintenance fee, how do you calculate the Naira equivalent? Is it black market rate or the rate of the bank in which I intend to use the statement from or CBN official rate?

If she has not been debited, you can easily open a savings account at UBA and move the money. It's 5 working days. A First bank staff was even the one who advised me to go to UBA or Stanbic after wasting two weeks.

I am giving you options, If you can afford Flywire, go to their website and pay. if you cannot, go to UBA and do Form A. Their rate is between 540 and 560 now.

are you saying you paid your school fees at the rate of 680 and you still still collected form A. So why paying with that rate when you still have your do A

I used Flywire to pay part my of fees two weeks ago, the rate was 680Naira/1Pounds. They are fast though, three working days. Don't use them if you don't have enough. They partner with Flutterwave for Nigerian payment, hence the high rate. Go to UBA and fill a form A, go with your offer letter, international passport, invoice from your school and one passport photograph.
