hotwax: Seriously, I am confused now. That's the way the ball bounces, Buhari remains who he his...a sectional and selfish leader. |
bros no forget me oh! myfortunebook@yahoo.com |
I wish to see Rihana in yaba bend-down ....joooor! |
ewet: when you say misused wht do you mean?remember tht this guy,s time in power is still untainted till date and nobody can point to any time tht guy stole a penny despite the fact he was generalissimo in his time. What's the use of proclaiming self-righteousness when he sees nothing wrong when allies n cronies make do with stolen wealth? |
Mahatma Gandhi's biography must be translated into Hausa for Buhari to read, understand and learn what leadership entails before any sensible Nigerian should think of voting for him. Buhari is history, he had is time and he mis-used it. Please if GEJ isn't working let's look elsewhere...but not from the past! |
torkaka: An accessory is a person who assists in the commission of a crime, but who does not actually participate in the commission of the crime as a joint principal. In some jurisdictions, an accessory is distinguished from an accomplice, who normally is present at the crime and participates in some way. An accessory must generally have knowledge that a crime is being, or will be committed. A person with such knowledge may become an accessory by helping or encouraging the criminal in some way, or simply by failing to report the crime to proper authority. The assistance to the criminal may be of any type, including emotional or financial assistance as well as physical assistance or concealment.A criminal charge of aiding and abetting or accessory can usually be brought against anyone who helps in the commission of a crime, though legal distinctions vary by state. A person charged with aiding and abetting or accessory is usually not present when the crime itself is committed, but he or she has knowledge of the crime before or after the fact, and may assist in its commission through advice, actions, or financial support. Depending on the degree of involvement, the offender's participation in the crime may rise to the level of conspiracy. Leave that schizophrenic, let him keep hearing things that aren't there. |
jp philips: And i shouldn't have an opinion on an issue because i am scared of m0r0ns like you who cannot understand simple English?Learn to use ur head and get ur facts before you create an opinion next time...don't make assumptions. So u wont "gladly apologize and withdraw my comments" later. |
jp philips: ur sponsor is in trouble, is English language this hardA guess u say? What about: "God in his infinite wisdom has used the vigilante to save 1 life at the expense of 4, what am i supposed to do about that? cry" isnt that contradictory to ur earlier statement "waiting for fresh evidence"...u r UNSTABLE like a feather in the wind. |
jp philips: ur sponsor is in trouble, is English language this hardNext time wait for fresh facts before displaying outright ignorance in public. |
@jp phillips...these where exactly your quotes: my guess? his group, Nigerian cultists are notorious for retaliatory hits. every aspects of this story so far revealed, points to one direction "CULTISM", until we see fresh facts that speak otherwise, i will gladly apologize and withdraw my comments God in his infinite wisdom has used the vigilante to save 1 life at the expense of 4, what am i supposed to do about that? cry the only pointers sacrosanct in nature are; for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction..........Sir isaac newton what you sow, you shall reap..............Good book. Match them with your recent post...Mr Sabi-sabi. |
jp philips: my dear, it is all speculations, bright has not spoken, however, i heard in port harcort that bright is an agent, its not like they borrowed him money, they said the boys made payments for accommodation through him.You are always hearing things ...that's schizophrenia...n u believe speculations, dats DUMB! They said there were robbers, cultist and now they are tenants. "Nobody really knows" but ur posts didnt say "speculations",u were so sure. You based your fact on a video posted by celebritytalkonline which was another "speculation"?...and anyone reading your post thinks you have all the facts and that those kids deserved it? You quoted "what you reap, you shall sow" and all. And now "Nobody really knows". Guy u r very UNSTABLE...check yourself! |
@jp philips...you are shifting ground, u r like a masquerade changing its steps to suite the drummers beat, you are like the reptile changing its skin to suite the environment. You called people names to prove your point. Infact you quoted Isaac Newton's law, the law of karma, and the holy book...u were of the opinion that they deserved what they got and here you are again saying:"Bright was aware the guys were not thieves no doubt" IMAGINE! YOU SHOULD BOW YOUR HEAD IN SHAME! MR SABI-SABI. |
jp philips: people like you don't impress me either so cut the crap.I seem not to get u at all...are trying to change your views? |
Purist: And the jungle justice mentality is on display here YET AGAIN. With each passing day, I become more and more convinced that the ALUU incidence is just a microcosm of the larger - and sadly prevalent - Nigerian mentality."95% of Nigerians" pls provide proof! Nigerians are asking for JUSTICE not JUNGLE JUSTICE! Let the law take its FULL CAUSE!!! |
rman: Max-t, stop wasting your time responding to some people. Only very few nairaland members can reason logically. that's why they are very quick to insult or turn threads into comedy (garri crew ).So many questions begging for ans you say? But initially you had all the answers? You argued back n forth that those kids where "cultist", now many questions are begging for answers? What dou you think will be in the mind of the ruler of the community right now? Let me help you- "Had I known I should have handed them over to the police"...too late! Your last line "we all have a little bit of Aluu in us", now I understand the kind of person u really are for out of the abundance of the heart... |
rman: I am not justifying jungle justice, just applying logic, everyone except a few is responding to this issue exactly the same why the Aluu community did. INCLUDING YOU.You are not applying logic here, YOU ARE like the ruler who cant make a good decision over d space of time the KIDS were paraded...you are like the lynch mob who MURDERED 4 KIDS without handing them over to authority for proper judgement...and you are on NL trying so hard to OBSTRUCT JUSTICE. ...Advice for you, DONT BE CAUGHT SUPPORTING A LYNCH-MOB ACTION, don't FOLLOW THE MULTITUDE to commit evil. Laws are created for sanity to prevail in every society, that is why we have all the tiers of d govt, and other civil institutions set up by man to prevent chaos, anomie, civil disorder, lawlessness, and breakdown of the society. It's a fact that our society is in a state of social decay that's why you have people even on social media platform who ought to be "sensible" trying so very hard on NL to justify what befell the Aluu 4...anyhow, the long arm of the LAW will always catch up with offenders and law breakers. |
rman: Can you be bold enough to walk into AIG's office to explain what five boys are doing at 5am in another mans house?WHAT So the village head gets provisions and allowances from d govt to prosecute and take laws into his hands? Such a ruler isnt fit to be one, he based his decision without proper investigation. Even after investigations, culprits should be dully handed over for PROPER JUDGEMENT to passed according to the constitution....you didnt read the account of one of the sister of the KIDS? Guy check you facts very well and STOP JUSTIFYING JUNGLE JUSTICE!!! |
rman: ..... the boys are brutally murdered and it is absolutely wrong. But trying to exonorate them from wrong doing by maikng them look like saints ia purely based on emotions. What emotions are talking about in your first para.? Did you see the guns or arms paraded anywhere? Dont base your facts on hearsay... If your answer to jungle Justice is NO! Then what is your point? Why the argument? |
@moukafoam...he fears for his life? Ok, what did he do when his life was no longer in danger? What did he do when his "creditor" and 3 other un-armed KIDS where stripped naked, beaten and marched around in the streets of Aluu? Did he tell the truth? NO! He didnt do any of these.IT WILL BE EASIER TO PROVE ANYWHERE THAT HE WANTED THEM ALL DEAD, a baby lawyer will prove that anywhere. |
rman: Five boys went into one guys home at 5am in the morning, ONE OF THE FIVE BOYS IS CARRYING A LOADED GUN.Loaded gun theory is hear-say and very IRRELEVANT at this point. Nobody has proven here on Nairaland or anywhere that was actually a loaded gun. The story was that they where robbers at first, and later cultist....pls be consistent or wait for a FORMAL REPORT. As it stands now every SANE HUMAN is crying for justice for the slain kids I dont understand what you and the others stand to gain by defaming the characters of FOUR KIDS who cant defend themselves... |
@moukafoam the guy who raised the false alarm has no alibi, cos alibi is used when the accused attempts to prove that he was elsewhere when the crime was committed... Even if the paramount ruler tells the police he passed judgement based on what the vigilante and every other person present at the scene fed him in anycase they all will face the music for taking laws into their hands. |
Coxson seems to be the hero in the minds of some twisted few. A person who persuaded, encouraged, instigated a mob action to murder 4 kids on account of an anticipatory offence will be discharged? Not in today's world. |
Why wait for fresh facts to emerge jp phillips when you seem to know "everything"? |
@ dopejemi ...Then probably it would be another murder we are arguing about or a case of cult rivalry. But that seems not to be the case here, the only information available to you and me here (forget heresay)is the video of their killings. So every other are mere speculations, assumptions and "what-if". So many stories everywhere about what really transpired...only stories of them being robbers or cultist- a non-consistent fact. That shows that some kind of covering up and lies are being purported to save some HEADS FROM ROLLING! |
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kA4GPQD3shw Please instead of listening to little gossips from those who happen to have a "sis" in uniport and try to JUSTIFY the killings please listen to what Tony Uranta; a public affairs analyst who believes that the DPO and the patrol teams should also be tried alongside the monarch. When someone is talking who has time to listen to gossips from a "sis" who just came from uniport? |
Philips no nid 4 plenty tawk, mah sis jes came 4rm skul nau, n she said d boyz were cultists n dat dey went 2 kill d boy nt 2 collect moni. N d boy himself z a cultist Note: mah sis z a uniport student So it waz a cult issue Moral lesson: we shud neva involve ourselves n cultism Case closed From the reliable source "your sis" did they kill d boy who also happens to be a cultist? NO! He falsely accused the 4 of being robbers so he could get away with the debt he owes and the community helped in carrying out the evil deed. Note : Ur siz isnt the ony uniport student, and mind u we aint so ignorant to depend on ur sis who definately will not want to give an account of what she "knows". Its not just a cult issue, its MURDER! Remember, they were branded amed robbers. Case isnt closed, it just began cause the WORLD is watching us once again, not for anything good! You and phillips are more IGNORANT cos u think you have all the details. Your statement "I fink its d first tym dey r seeing such brutality" tells a lot of the KIND OF PERSON YOU ARE. Imagine! We are humans we shouldnt be used to such BRUTALITY! No evidence of gun found with them for now. Laptop and blackberry that they purportedly stole we did not see in the ONLY EVIDENCE privy to ALL MAKING COMMENTS HERE ON NAIRALAND. Mr Know-All, thank you and your sis who have all the list of cultist in uniport. To your last conclusion: Yes, they were really unlucky to be in the midst of un-civilized aand babaric people. NO RIGHT THINKING HUMAN WILL try to JUSTIFY FOR THE KILLINGS AT ALUU! |
Why Are Nigerians (ANYWHERE) So Bitter?... |
afam4eva: You wan recover stolen laptop for obodo Nigeria? Even ship wey loss dem never see, na laptop dem wan come find. No go buy new laptop lmaoIt's quite embarrassing reading comments coming from the likes of afam4eva. I wonder what is the aim of posting when you can't make sense or assist the poster ![]() |

Its a shame! The Bokoites are having their way.... |
...Being ignorant is not so much a shame, as being unwilling to learn. Buhari will never lead 'cos he has never learned to obey...#Thinking of the Oputa Panel. |
Too late Sanusi...N5000 will do us no good now. |
