Php gets parsed first before any other language in a php file. That's why it's called "preprocessed hypertext programming language"

If your js is external, I only can help you with jquery, download the library and link it as you would link any js file.

In your php file

Do this

<link href="" id="<? Echo $id;? >" myattrib="<? Echo $id;? >" class="class">

In your js file

Var id = $(.class).attrib('myattrib');
Alert (id);

What this does is jquery selects the element with the class of 'class' (hope this isn't confusing)

Then checks for the attribute 'myattrib'

Then assigns the value inside myattrib to the variable 'id'

okay i think there is something wrong with the nbc website. because i intentionally used a wrong email and password, and still, i got the same regret mail. so there should be no need to fret, yet

you should actually fret and try to get the actual password you used when registering or try and get a new login password if possible. if not try and contact them asap

if you got the test invite and you are getting a regret message from the webpage then know that you are either entering a wrong login email or a wrong password. It gives the regret message to all those that were rejected as well as people trying to login with wrong details. its just an oversight by the web developers

it doesn't mean you are not qualify cos they send their success/rejection email a week after the deadline application. also, for a score like 354, I don't think you stand a chance. So I will advice you to open another email, apply and do the test again.

it's not just about scores only. in class xii I saw at least two people with scores below 400. your plum test also matters

Pls don't get it twisted. Andela's purpose of training you is not to employ you after the four years. You might get employed by them after the four years bit that's not the aim of the training at all. The aim is to discover hidden talents. People who are good at coding but don't know it yet and need to be shown the ropes. like Ramos16.

Getting into Andela is not about years of experience in programming, in fact i posit that the higher experience you tell them they you have the less likely you are to make it. remember its a training program not a job. if you tell them you are already a pro they would be less inclined to train you unlike a novice with little experience.
