If you're a stay alone type then prepare to spend much but if you can share with other folks then you can spend less 50 to 80 sha... and if you're lucky to get a hostel from the school then you're good to go

To my best of knowledge, there's only two courses that are free each in tallin university of technology and university of tartu. and they are integrated engineering and the other which is msc in cyber security something*** can't really remember the name tho.

To my own understanding, it is best you prepare for your first 2 to 3 month after arrival, load yourself with some funds survival for that period then after trp is ready which will lapse for 2 months then you can gradually be fitting into the system as per getting little jobs to keep up. I stand to be corrected here and addition is welcome. Merry Christmas and Happy boxing day.
