C++ is awesome, but for the sake of Speed, and simplicity I'd use VB.net or Vb6 to develop a regular *.exe* program, Instead of C++.
C++ is for the bigger deal, I Mean High-end graphical game development, Graphical softwares and all that...
BTW, Sir I'm just 19.

U are a genius .i was once like u too.i did a lot of coding then in BASIC language.but work and other things didn't make me sit tight on programming.I was a former computer lecturer at lagos city polytechnic and lagos city computer college.i did alot of coding then.am twice ur age

C ,in my opinion. is best for accomplishing such a task.i just have basic knowledge of c.i mean am just able to design console apps.but i do most of my jobs on java or vb.net

The conclusion of the whole matter is that african is becomming more integrated through the use of ict.the wild chasm of yesteryears had almost been bridge,news in one country takes only minutes to spread across the continent.African should now as a matter of urgency utilize the good ict brought along with it and do away with any associated ills thereof.
