BlueRayDick: While it may sound cool having a youthful team full of live and energy, I will advise Arteta applies caution and not parade a totally young and less experienced team going forward.
I mean it's cool seeing what dem Azeez, Balogun, Smith-Rowe, Martineli et al cam do with the ball on a good day, but playing all of them at the same time in a match other than Europa or F.A cup may not end well. I will not like to imagine a match where Yeri Mina will be clamping down on Balogun upfront, Decoure and Allan bullying Smith-Rowe and Azeez in midfield.....while Domino Claivert-Lewin is somewhere is our half waiting to wreak havoc along with Richalison. We may have a repeat of Wenger days in our hands when we do lose to physically superior teams.
I will advise the youngies are mixed with the oldies to give the team a balance. For example Azeez and Balogun should be given more playing time in the Europa league for them to gain much match confidence while Smith-Rowe should be given more playing time in the league. From there the duo of Azeez and Balogun based on their performance and confidence level should then be considered for early subs in EPL matches when we have a goal or two advantage.
That way we can then think of doing away with some oldies in the long run. Nobody will ask for a full youth line up lailai, even la masia can't do that shít. |

BlueRayDick: Seems Smith-Rowe has earned himself a starting place in Arteta's team This was what we asked for bar martinelli How hard did it take Arteta to make such decision, some coach just like shooting themselves. This line can't play worse than those old fools |

Akinbahm: He has been trending D. Moyes path which backfired him and I guess he want to buy into fans opinion of playing hunger and/or angry youths instead of pass me I pass you these old clowns keep ditching week in week out for us to watch... I'm surprised such an intelligent coach like him will rather play those old fools ahead of hungry youths. For his sake I hope it's not a one time thing |

Roland17: Our boy Gabriel has tested positive for COVID-19, is now isolating, and will not be available for the next 2 games. Good time to use Mari, Gabriel needs rest though Saliba have resume training, it's like Arteta is buying the idea of youths now. |

Roland17: If Na you Nko? You go sign? He is not getting playing time in situations he deserves. He is seeing a lot of preferential treatment, stagnation or regression of young guns. Auba/Laca/Nketiah are all ahead of him in the pecking order. I really hope he signs but I am worried about losing him. The good thing is Auba and Laca are aging and there is a stronger chance for him to get more playing time next season but that would depend on Arteta making the right decision. He's still young, he better take it easy |
