I'm very happy for him. Giving one's life to Christ is the best decision that one can ever take. I wish him happiness, love and joy in his new found peace

Properties / Re: Common Building Defects In Nigeria | Vis Ideal Concept by Softenergy(m): 8:49pm On Aug 01, 2019
Having a solid foundation it where cracks in buildings starts plus improper concrete aggregate, period of curing which must not be less than 21days under good sunlight.
You observe a situation where foundation concrete is cast, and the next day blocks are laid upon from henceforth you got a weak foundation.

Is that what you think? Nigerians are intelligent people. Just say the Nigerian environment can frustrate dreams. My uncle studied mechanical engineering (his dad took him to Yankee since he was 4) and now he has two patents in the field of microfluidics. Not multimillion dollar, but he can afford a 6 month vacation every year if he wanted to and has royalties in the region of over hundreds thousand dollars annually.
His dad is a retired professor of particle physics, worked in some not to be disclosed agency,
I have a colleague who was on a 3rd class GPA in 200level, he went to China and came out as best graduating student in his department (if only you know how difficult Chinese exams are, maybe harder than India, its just that Chinese people are more resilient and you hardly hear of emotional breakdown).

Guy its all about environment and cultute. Covenant university had a student who invented a iron powered by a gas canister.
Carry a Nigerian kid to a standard university worldwide and lure him into research, then you will know what Nigerians can do
Electricity was discovered by Thomas Edison when streets of New York was muddy. Bell Graham, Marconi,Ford etc.
Let your whatever come back to Nigeria, and invent alternative to sweeping broom, we now have paved tar roads in VGC, Lekki, Ministers hills Abuja, these areas scientists can manage to live

Nigeria scientists and engineers have not invented an alternative to sweeping broom

Is honesty still the best policy in today's Nigeria under a government that is filled with the likes of Abba Kyari, Timiprie Sliva-Festus Keyamo, Godswill Akpabio, Danjuma Goje, the Maiduguri army general soldiers absconded with his #400M etc
Evil flourish, when one follows the crowd that believed in this maxim " If you can't beat them, join them."
Honesty is a mustard seed, plant once, and reap in due time.

How do help if you don’t give.
If I give you a car, will I fuel it for you, if I give you a phone, will I buy you data and airtime, if I give you an expensive shoes, will I buy shoe polish for you.
I don't give liability, I give assets, but many glorify liability.

This is just like saying don’t help someone because his parents or relatives are rich
Gifts are not helping out.

Just in case of what
Is that all you can contribute to this important matter?
Is it not people like you who make oyinbos think that all blacks are inferior
Queen Elizabeth of England will rarely shake a hand without her gloves on.
Some Noble American ladies will never shook a black man hands without their gloves on.
Being smart can be found in all human race, until you are outsmarted. But when it comes to mental power give it to white men, they have shed blood, sweat and tears to raise humankind to high technological achievements.

Do you work in Oil and Gas, or services firm, financial institutions, and want to acquire an inverter system or hybrid Solar system, and desire to pay by installment.
