Thank you. I run a cafe and i was only helping applicants to apply and i discovered that this particular applicant's application is the only one having issues. Like i said earlier i have to reapply and i did!

I have successfully reapplied within few minutes and i have paid also via remita with ATM too.

Hello boss, please help me out on this.

For a while now, I've been trying to apply on this same portal, I've completed my profile and everything is fine, all I'm left with is the payment part.

Now here is where the problem lies, anytime i try to pay online, it brings me the below attached picture. Kindly help me check through the picture to ascertain that the recipient bank account details are correct (the account name and number) .

now, if the recipient account is correct, what about the "not available" text i rounded with a red circle in the second picture i posted??...is it something to worry about or i should just proceed to paying?
