This guy has been owing me 30k for months now & has refused to pay.
Yesterday I begged him to give me even if it's half & forget the rest. He said he has only about 12k in his account and can only afford to send 10k.
As half bread is better than none, I told him to send the 10.
I woke up to see an alert of 100k with like 25 missed calls (phone always on silent at night) and several messages from him begging me to transfer 90k back to him. That he made a mistake���� he wanted to send 10k and added one extra 0 instead.

Abuja – The Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) says it is not true that the commission is recruiting people into various Federal Government ministries.

Dr Joel Oruche, the Deputy Director, Press and Public Relations made the clarification in a statement in Abuja on Sunday.


According to him, the on-line recruitment advertisement purportedly by the FCSC is not true and should be disregarded.

“The commission only advertises vacancies in the newspapers and on its website www.fedcivilservice.gov.ng.

“We wish to advice members of the public to always visit our authentic website for advertisement and any other necessary information from the commission.’’

Many on-line media had on Dec. 7 carried advertisements for job vacancies purportedly by the commission.

(i) You may recall that I had been elected Governor of Adamawa State in 1999, but before I could assume office, Chief Obasanjo selected me as his running mate.

Well, enormous pressure was put on me by what you might call the Adamawa (Muslim) elite not to allow my running mate, Mr Boni Haruna, to become Governor, mainly because of his Christian faith.

I refused, and fought all the way to the Supreme Court to ensure that the Constitution was followed. Again, after his first term I was prevailed upon to prevent him from running for second term.

Again I turned them down. Virtually all of them abandoned me and the governor. But Adamawa people stood by us and for fairness.

As I said, Adamawa is like Nigeria; thus, we may not survive a religious war. Therefore, it would be the height of recklessness and irresponsibility to start one. In any case, no one who favours one religion over the other can win a presidential election in this country.
