Yes you can unlink the MasterCard so as to add the africard. Make sure the name on your PayPal is same with the name you will use for your Africard.

I’m using mine without the same name I have on the PayPal since 2018 no issues

Which transcript was used to check if he's qualified for the admission? Dino can't be that stupiid to claim an alumnus of the prestigious ABU if he has no authentic certificate.
