THank u all for ur response. I was @ MTN office this morning to lodge complain on the isssue. They asked me to expect solusion as soon as possible. The solution has not come yet ooooooo. In response to Ifedisky, i have just mail customercare@mtnnigeria.net. am awaiting their response. |

You people seems not to understand the problem am currently facing, pls read what i wrote very well. I have sent SETTINGS to 3888 more than 100 times but its not working. whenever i put another sim into my phone, it browses like fire. Pls help me out, pls greatest nairalander. |

The issue is that i removed my friend's sim and i used it on my phone to browse without any problem.i tried using my own sim on his phone but its giving thesame problem, So,the problem seems not to be from the phone but from the provider, or what do u think? |

For the past one month now,i noticed that i only see G on my phone but i can no longer open even the MTN home page with the Default settings(10.199.212.2:8080). All effort to fix this has been fruitless as non of their fraustrating customer service officers seems to know what to do, Pls help me out. |
