Business / CAC Website Hacked; Data Of Registered Businesses Lost by solaugo(m): 10:41pm On Aug 26, 2014
The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) alerted members of the public its website had been hacked leading to disruption of its current online company registration exercise.
The commission said it viewed the disruption as a deliberate attempt to sabotage the ongoing efforts to deploy a new online registration system by October 1, as announced by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment.

It however said that all necessary steps were being taken to configure a new registration system.

Normal service would be available by Monday.

"We apologise to all our customers and the general public for the disruption and assure them of our commitment to overcome the challenges soonest," CAC said.

In another development:

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) couldn’t fix its system that registers businesses as at yesterday after being disrupted for more than ten days, Daily Trust has gathered.

CAC electronic platform has been under attack since the 15th of August, 2014 which disabled its online registration and denied thousands of customer’s access to their certificates.
Sources at the commission told Daily Trust that the services were not restored as at closing hours yesterday. Efforts to speak to Director, Public Affairs, CAC, Mr Churchill Williams, who promised earlier that the services will be restored yesterday, proved abortive.

But the source said the engineers are still working to restore the services any moment from now.
On Friday, the CAC, in a statement it issued, accused saboteurs of deliberate attempt to disrupt the on-going efforts to deploy a new on-line registration system by 1st October, 2014 as announced by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment.

Education / #ebola: FG Directs Schools To Remain Close Till Oct 13; Cancelled Holiday Lesson by solaugo(m): 9:31pm On Aug 26, 2014
The Federal Government on Tuesday directed that all public and private primary and secondary schools should remain closed till Oct. 13.

The Minister of Education, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau, gave the directive when he briefed newsmen after a meeting with Commissioners for Education in Abuja.

“The minister and all commissioners met today, Aug. 26, to discuss issues related to the reopening of schools for the new academic year vis-à-vis the Ebola epidemic issue.

“At the end of the meeting, the following decisions were arrived at as preventive measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students in our schools throughout the federation.

“All primary and secondary schools both public and private are to remain closed until Monday, Oct. 13, 2014, which is the new resumption date for all schools throughout the federation.

“This is to ensure that adequate measures are put in place before the students report back to school,’’ Shekarau said.

Shekarau said the meeting also agreed that all Ministries of Education should immediately organise training for at least two staff in each public and private school.

He said schools must ensure that the training was given by appropriate health personnel on how to handle any suspected case of Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).

He said the training of such staff must be concluded not later than Sept. 15.

The minister also directed all the state ministries to establish a Working and Monitoring Team and also appoint a designated Desk Officer on Ebola.

Shekarau said the officers must report on daily basis to the commissioners on situation in the schools not later than Sept. 1.

He also ordered the immediate suspension of ongoing summer classes conducted by some private schools.

According to him, all private primary and secondary schools must comply with the directives, which also apply to Federal Government Colleges.

He, therefore, urged state governments to support their ministries with all necessary funds to ensure effective implementation of these measures.

Shekarau said that all tertiary institutions were advised to suspend exchange of staff and students’ programmes, visits, and major international seminars and workshops until further notice.

“They are to monitor movements of foreign students in their campuses and liaise with appropriate government health institutions to organise and ensure effective sensitisation programme for all their staff,’’ he said.

The minister said that he would be meeting again with all the commissioners on Sept. 23, to review the situation in all states.

He said that appropriate sanctions would be taken against any defaulter of the directives. (NAN)

Education / UI Releases Post-utme Results; 2014/2015 Academic Session Commences In February by solaugo(m): 5:45pm On Aug 26, 2014
The University of Ibadan has released results of the post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, with a promise to offer the best six candidates scholarships.

No fewer than 8, 844 candidates, who scored above 200 marks in the UTME, sat for the examination on August 16, 2014.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Isaac Adewole, who announced the release of the result, said candidates performed better in this year’s examination.

According to him, the school placed the cut-off in this year’s post-UTME at 50 out of 100 marks.

He said, “From the number of those who sat for the examination, 6,267 candidates scored above 50 per cent while, 2,351 failed the examination. A total number of 226 candidates did not show up at all for the examination, while the lowest score is 12 per cent. The candidate chose archaeology.”

The VC added that Animashaun Daniel scored the highest mark in the examination with 90 per cent while Ajari Esther, Oteri Deta, Ojo Oluwadamilare, Omitoyin Oluwaferanmi and Aremu Oluwadamilola, scored 88 per cent.

Adewole said, “The practice is to give full scholarship to the top three candidates in the examination but this time, it will be different because we have five candidates in the joint second position. This means that instead of three, six candidates will be offered the scholarship.”

According to the statistics of the result, the most subscribed discipline in the post-UTME is Medicine with 1,965 candidates. Of the number, 1,701 scored above 50 per cent.

Adewole, who said faculties of education and agriculture recorded the lowest number of applicants, described the development as worrisome.

The VC added, “In a country where the government is doing everything to improve its agricultural sector, it is worrisome that youths who aspire to study at the higher level are not interested in choosing agriculture as a course. The same goes for education. Medicine and Pharmacy are not the only courses in the university.”

He also announced February next year as the resumption date for the 2014/2015 academic session.

According to him, the idea is to rehabilitate the hostels and give the lecturers enough time to rest.

Politics / APC Has Fraudulent Members — Ikimi; May Declare For PDP Soon by solaugo(m): 2:05am On Aug 24, 2014

There are indications that the estranged pioneer member of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Tom Ikimi, may leave the party if his grouse with the leadership of the party is not resolved.

Ikimi spoke with our correspondent on Friday, saying his absence at both the inaugural meetings of the party’s Board of Trustees and the National Executive Council, was in protest.

“Did you see me at the meeting or the caucus (BoT) meeting,” he queried in text message to our correspondent.

While responding to our correspondent’s further probe through text messages and series of telephone conversations, Ikimi said he had decided to remain in his house.

He said, “I received their invitations for the meetings, but I did not attend. I did not attend because I saw no reason why they should even invite me for their meetings when they did not address all the fundamental issues that I raised after the convention.

“Have you seen me attending any of their meetings since after the convention?”

The former Foreign Affairs Minister has been at loggerheads with the leadership of the party, particularly a national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, who he (Ikimi) had openly accused of turning the party to his private empire.

Ikimi is among the 74 newly-appointed members of the party’s BoT; but he did not attend the inaugural meetings of neither the BoT nor the NEC held on Wednesday and Thursday, respectively.

The National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Lai Mohammed, did not respond to our correspondent’s text message inquiry, requesting for his comment.

He also did not answer his call.

Education / PRESS RELEASE: Olabisi Onabanjo University Shut Indefinitely – OGSG by solaugo(m): 7:19pm On Aug 23, 2014
Ogun Shuts Onabanjo Varsity to Maintain Peace To forestall breakdown of law and order, Ogun State Government has directed the Governing Council of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye, to close down the university immediately.

The government also advised all parents whose wards are students of the university to immediately call them to order as the government will not tolerate any act that will disturb the peace being enjoyed by the people of the state.
In a statement signed by Barrister Taiwo Adeoluwa, Secretary to State Government, the decision to shut the university was taken in the overall interest of peace and order as the students of the university have continued to issue threats while rejecting all entreaties and concessions made by the government on their various demands concerning
the recently announced reduction of school fees.

The government had on August 12 after extensive deliberations involving the leadership of the student unions in the 10 state-owned tertiary institutions, heads of the institutions and government representatives, announced reductions in school fees by as high as 61 percent.

The government also abolished the indigene/non-indigene dichotomy in the school fees regime and announced the 2014-2015 academic session as commencement period for the policy.

However, while students in nine of the ten institutions commended the government for its decisions, OOU students insisted that the new school fees regime should take effect from the 2013/2014 academic session and that the fees should be further reduced.

The OOU students premised their position on the fact that they are currently running the 2013-2014
academic session which will end in January.

They also rejected the fact presented by students of other institutions that they are also in the same situation as some of them will only be concluding
the 2013-2014 session in December.

Politics / "There Is No Law Giving Zoning A Legal Backing In Abia" - Abia Advisory Council by solaugo(m): 11:50pm On Aug 22, 2014
Abia State Advisory Council has decided to wade into the controversy being generated by the recent decision of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party to zone its 2015 governorship ticket to Abia South senatorial district, saying that zoning is a political equation to be solved by politicians.

Addressing journalists Friday on the 2014 Abia Day celebration, Chairman of Abia Advisory Council, Ezeogo Anagha Ezeigbe said though zoning was enshrined in the Abia Charter of Equity scripted by the founding fathers of the state to ensure equity in the state, the document was however not binding as it was yet to be signed into law.

He explained that the charter of equity was a document written in good conscience by the founding fathers but the failure of subsequent sessions of the state’s House of Assembly to pass into law a bill to that effect severally sent to them by the elders council had made the good intentions of the document unenforceable.

Ezeikpe said “right now there is no law giving zoning a legal backing, so it is a political decision which only politicians will account for,” stressing however, that the good intension of the founding fathers which is to promote peace, unity and equity in the state should not be ignored.

The Octogenarian hinted that very soon, the state’s Advisory Council would make public standards it had set which anybody aspiring to be governor in the state must meet.”

Adding his voice, Secretary of the council, Sir Bob Ogbuagu, appreciated the developmental strides of various administrations in the state especially the current Gov. Theodore Orji-led government, saying that “Abia is not backwards when compared to states created before it.”

He, however, regretted that if the rapport and cordiality currently existing between the state and the federal governments had started early enough, more developments would have been recorded in the state.

On the proposed creation of additional states in the country, the elders advised Abians to guard their utterances and avoid inflammatory remarks capable of causing disaffection “because in the final analysis we are still Igbos and must stick together like the Jews whereever we find ourselves.”

The Committee enumerated some of the activities lined up for the commemoration of Abia’s 23rd anniversary to include Jumat service on Friday, Special Church Service on Sunday, Anniversary lectures on Monday, cultural exhibition on Tuesday, while the grand finale would be staged on Wednesday, August 27.

Education / AKTC Bus Crushes Michael Okpara Varsity Student To Death In Abia by solaugo(m): 7:26am On Aug 20, 2014
A FIRST year diploma student of Computer Science at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, was on Monday crushed to death by a bus belonging to the fleet of Akwa Ibom State Transport Corporation, AKTC, in front of the university gate.

The student, simply identified as Cynthia, was said to have died on the spot, prompting the students to burn the vehicle that killed her.
The driver was lucky to be alive as the students were said to have accepted the appeal of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Hillary Edeoga, who intervened in time to save the driver’s life.

The body of the slain student has since been deposited at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Umuahia.
Public Relations Officer of the university, Mrs. Onyinye Ralph-Nwachukwu, confirmed the incident and regretted the death of the student.

The angry students were said to have descended on the bus when they realized that their colleague was dead, especially when it was said that the drivers attached to the Akwa Ibom Transport Corporation had been warned severally to slow down whenever they approached the school gate located on the busy Umuahia-Ikot Ekpene-Uyo-Calabar narrow road.

When Vanguard visited the university yesterday, it was observed that the burnt vehicle had been removed and students going about their normal academic activities.
Vanguard observed that drivers of the Akwa Ibom Company drive very recklessly, despite the poor condition of the road.

A resident said: “Drivers of this company are notorious with reckless driving. One wonders if they have value for human beings. You can never see them drive like normal drivers.
“They don’t mind the condition of the roads they ply. When they approach this gate they hardly slow down despite the warning. Now see this one wasted the life of this young girl.
“People who travel all over the country always complain about the recklessness of the drivers attached to this company. ”

Health / Ebola Case Reported In Ibadan, The Oyo State Capital by solaugo(m): 7:18pm On Aug 19, 2014
The Oyo State government is battling to unravel the veracity of a report that a suspected Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) patient was brought to Adeoyo State Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan, on Monday.

The state Commissioner for Health, Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, said the result of the blood sample taken to University College Hospital (UCH) for laboratory test is being awaited.

“We saw a suspected patient. It will be presumptuous to jump into conclusion until the result of the test is out. But it is not likely to be positive,” Dr. Gbadegesin said.

The case has created fear and panic among residents as people abstained from contact with the sick.
However, Dr. Gbadesin assured that there is no cause for panic, adding that the government has put measures in place to check the disease.

“But let’s wait for the result of the blood test,” he stated.

Politics / Peter Obi Denies Coordinating Jonathan’s Re-election Group by solaugo(m): 5:38am On Aug 19, 2014
Former Anambra State Governor, Mr. Peter Obi, has denied a report that he is the coordinator of the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria, a campaign group canvassing support for the re-election bid of President Goodluck Jonathan.

The Media Aide to Obi, Mr. Valentine Obienyem, in a press release emailed to journalists on Monday, said contrary to the reports credited to the National Chairman of All Progressives Grand Alliance, Chief Victor Umeh, the former governor was not even a member of TAN.

Obienyem said that the rally organised by TAN, a non- governmental organisation, in Anambra State on Saturday was not even a political event, but a platform used to tell President Goodluck Jonathan that he has done well for the South-East.

They therefore called on him to continue by seeking a re-election.

He said many stakeholders in the South-East, including the Chairman of the South-East Governors’ Forum, Chief Theodore Orji; the Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, represented by the Secretary to the state government, Mr. Oseloka Obaze; Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha; the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Pius Anyim Pius; the Minister of Power, Prof. Chinedu Nebo; members of the Senate and House of Representatives from the South-East, among others, were all there.

Health / Ebola:four Patients Declared ‘clean’; Another"cleared" Patient Tested Positive by solaugo(m): 7:36pm On Aug 18, 2014
Nigeria’s Minister of Health, Onyebuchi Chukwu, announced on Monday that four additional confirmed cases of Ebola Virus Disease—including two male medical doctors and one female nurse—are now disease free, and have therefore been discharged.

In a statement distributed by Dan Nwomeh, his Special Assistant on Media and Communication, the Minister explained that the three participated in the treatment of the index case while the fourth person was a female patient at the time the index was on admission.

“This brings to five the total number of patients diagnosed with Ebola Virus Disease who have now been discharged from hospital,” he said.

The Minister made no reference to another nurse in Lagos who today tested positive for the infection in Lagos. Anonymous sources said the female nurse, referred to as “Nkechi,” had been under quarantine.

As reported earlier by SaharaReporters, doctors monitoring “Nkechi” said she initially tested negative and had been cleared to leave the center. She then suddenly developed high temperatures, and fresh tests showed she still had the virus.

Politics / 2015: Diamond Bank Boss, Otti, Declares For Abia Governorship by solaugo(m): 2:21pm On Aug 18, 2014

The Managing Director of Diamond Bank, Alex Otti, has formally declared his aspiration to contest the governorship of Abia State in 2015.

In doing so, Oti warned that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) must discard the issue of zoning since it killed the principle in 2011 when it fielded President Goodluck Jonathan as against the earlier agreement that it was the turn of the North.

The banker, who was at the PDP state secretariat in Umuahia on Wednesday, said he is on a rescue mission in the state to develop it since Governor T. A Orji has failed to do so with the exception of security.

Otti, while addressing the state party executives, also advised the party to rise beyond its present mediocre level and try to wake up and raise the bar to reach the standard where he currently operates.

However, he warned the party executives against sticking to their earlier decision to zone the next governorship to Abia South senatorial Zone, saying the issue of zoning of offices was killed by the national leadership of the party when it went against the North whose turn it was to hold the presidency in 2011.

Otti, who is battling confusion over whether he is from Arochukwu in Abia North or Isiala Ngwa South in Abia Central where he is currently claiming, said he is not bound by zoning adding that it is wrong for the party to say it is zoning the governorship to Abia South with exclusion of other areas in the Old Aba division.

Politics / Professor Viola Onwuliri On Okorocha & The Iriji Maise new Yam Festival by solaugo(m): 5:35am On Aug 18, 2014
President Goodluck Jonathan has described Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State as an embarrassment to democracy and a disaster waiting to happen.

Jonathan, who was represented by the Foreign Affairs Minister, 1, Professor Viola Onwuliri, at the Iriji Mbaise New Yam Festival, spoke to journalists after the event saying from the conduct of the governor, it was obvious that he was not interested in the festival but just came to create confusion and derail the event.

She said: “Since Okorocha assumed office in 2011, he has never attended the Iriji Mbaise until this one that precedes the election year. This is not the ground for venting personal animosities. He even left before the actual ceremony began. He just brought trouble to the event and this is an embarrassment to the state and its people. I am positive that by 2015, we will all have a chance to redress this anomaly.”

The 2014 Yam Festival, at some point, turned into a political rally of sorts with Okorocha and the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Chief Emeka Ihedioha, relentlessly fought for supremacy.

It was apparent however that the Mbaise nation was not too receptive to the fact that the governor tried to engage their son in their own soil. Okorocha’s microphone was intermitently switched off for as long as five minutes, as the people jeered the governor.

Receiving the governor to Mbaise, Ihedioha pointedly told Okorocha that he (Okorocha) would as a matter of necessity hand over to him in 2015, noting that the governor’s exit was not negotiable.

Ihedioha also held the governor to task on what he described as "lack of state government presence in Mbaise."
According to the deputy speaker, “The major projects in Mbaise are those executed by the federal government. In the few areas credited to the state government, we only see projects that are very poorly executed.

Politics / Atiku Ready To Declare For Presidency, APC Plans For National Convention by solaugo(m): 5:14am On Aug 18, 2014
There are indications that former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar is set to make good his intention to seek the presidential ticket of his new party, All Progressives Congress (APC), ahead of the 2015 elections.

Atiku's plan to declare for the presidency is coming on the heels of moves by the leadership of the APC to commence consultations on the guidelines for the presidential primaries and preparatory to the party’s national convention scheduled for December.

The party, THISDAY gathered, might have slated its presidential primary election for November, ahead of the December national convention where the party's flag-bearer is expected to emerge.

The National Publicity Secretary of APC, Alhaji Lai Muhammed, while explaining APC’s plan of action at the weekend said that the party's leadership would soon meet to approve the guidelines for the party's presidential primaries.

THISDAY also learnt from reliable sources that baring any last minute hitches, the former vice-president is set to declare his intention to contest for the presidency in 2015.

Atiku has never hidden his desire to rule Nigeria and contested for the number one job on the platform of Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2007. He however lost to the late President Umaru Yar’Adua.
He also sought the presidential ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2011, after his return to the party, but again lost to President Goodluck Jonathan.

If Atiku makes good his promise and declares for presidency for the third time, he will be squaring up against another formidable contender, former military Head of State, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari who has already started setting up his structures for the presidential campaign.

An informed source who spoke to a group of reporters at the weekend on Atiku's presidential ambition, confirmed that the frontline APC chieftain had embarked on extensive consultations with stakeholders at home and abroad.
THISDAY also learnt that Atiku, apart from relying on his extensive contacts, has developed an all-encompassing road map designed to tackle most of the sore challenges staring the country in the face, ranging from security, unity and equity to socio-economic development.

The former vice-president is said to be planning to embark on what has been tagged the “Atiku Peace Tour” that will take his delegation to key places and people nationwide.

“The former vice-president and his newly formed team shall be interfacing with diverse religious and professional bodies locally and in the international arena,” the source disclosed.

His mission, according to the source, would be to gauge the pulse of the people on the many troubles bedevilling the country with the aim of finding genuine and lasting solutions to them.

Atiku, who is believed to be a strong advocate of interfaith dialogue as a way of reducing tension in the land, may actually begin his campaign by taking messages of peaceful co-existence, true nationalism and an end to religious fanaticism and extremism that have led to violence.

The source further indicated that what the Turaki of Adamawa intends to achieve this time around, is the need to foster a harmonious working relationship between Christians, Muslims and traditional believers in order to have all hands on deck to rebuild Nigeria.

Another close aide of the former vice-president said his boss would be seeking to exploit his detribalised stance and unlimited networking contacts within and outside the country during the meet-the-people tour to rekindle their patriotic zeal, duty to country and responsibility to society.

“To make good his promise, Atiku was also said to have built a solid intellectual and people-based capacity and competence reservoir to be unveiled in the coming weeks,” the source said.
Atiku had promised recently that he would unfold his next political plan soon after the conclusion of the Muslim Ramadan fast.

Jobs/Vacancies / 600 Msc, Ph.d Holders And Over 49,000 Applied For N20,000 Wage Job In Ogun State by solaugo(m): 7:36am On Aug 13, 2014
Ogun State governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun on Tuesday said Ph.d and master’s degree holders were among 49,000 applicants who had applied for the slated 3,000 jobs of environmental marshals in the state.

He said this at Obas complex, Oke Mosan, Abeokuta during the award ceremony for teachers and pupils who distinguished themselves in the 2013 President’s Teacher and Schools Excellence Award, held in Abuja.

He said, “No fewer than 49,000 applications have so far been received by the state government. Of the applicants, there were some Ph.D holders and over 600 Master’s degree holders.”

In June this year, Amosun had announced plan by his administration to recruit 3,000 environmental marshals to ensure healthy environment.

According to him, due to overwhelming response to the job offer, it becomes a Herculean task to prune down the number.

Amosun who lamented the high rate of unemployment in the country, said he had ordered the suspension of the recruitment exercise.

He called on the necessary authorities to develop a workable plan towards tackling the acute problem of unemployment.

He said, “If we have about 600 of those with Master’s qualification and above running around for a job that they would be paid N20,000, then you know that there is a problem.”

Amosun also said no fewer than 14,000 applicants have recently applied for employment in the state’s civil service.

He said, “‎The other time when I met with civil servants, I did mention that if any of them has children that are looking for work and have put in more than 10 years, that they should please apply. I can conveniently tell you‎ that today more than 14,000 have applied.

“When I was making that statement, in my mind I thought I will probably employ about 500 people or so. But lo and behold, we have over 14,000 that have applied. What does that tell us? The problem has been there since.”

Religion / REVEALED: How A Woman Almost Seduced Me – RCCG G.O. Pastor Adeboye by solaugo(m): 10:40pm On Aug 08, 2014
The story of how a Lagos socialite tried to seduce him gives give credence to the saying that the bigger the head, the bigger the headache. This readily formed the nucleus of Pastor Enoch Adeboye’s sermon on Thursday night at the ongoing 62nd annual convention of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG.

It was a deliverance service and almost one million people had converged at the auditorium of the Redemption Camp for the event and they were held spellbound when, their revered General Overseer, Pastor Adeboye started to narrate a ministry-threatening experience he had to the consternation of the crowd.Pastor-Adeboye

Preaching a sermon titled; ‘The yoke-destroyer’, the man of God enumerated three different kinds of yoke that truncate one’s dream of nosy future to include; physical yoke, material yoke and spiritual yoke, explaining that the Holy Spirit is the only yoke destroyer who is able to destroy any form of yoke in any man’s life. He further challenged the congregation to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit and be agents of God who will be breaking yokes, noting that there were certain forces or challenges of life that human beings cannot solve by their own efforts except through the help of the Holy Spirit.

Drawing inspirations from the Holy Bible, where many persons were said to have undergone several life-threatening challenges, he narrated that a high profile woman who was an executive of the West African Examinations Council, WAEC, did everything to seduce him. According to him, the woman came to him and announced to him that God had told her that he would be her husband, and immediately he rebuked her, saying “you know that I am happily married and have children.” That didn’t deter the woman who continued to pester him, and even came to the camp to threaten him, saying “if you stand on my way to marrying this man, I will kill you.”

Continuing, Pastor Adeboye took the matter to then Inspector General of Police who immediately invited the woman and her husband to his office and after a meeting banned the randy woman from entering the Redemption Camp or ever making passes at the man of God. “But that measure didn’t stop her. I travelled to London without telling anybody, to work on the church’s devotional, Open Heaven. As soon as I settled down in the room, the telephone rang and the voice at the other end said: “welcome to London. I am coming in 15 minutes,” the cleric continued, wondering why his audience responded with a laughter.

Continuing, he said he told the voice: “You don’t know anything, you know that the Police in London are very efficient and if you dare come here, I will call the Police for you.” There is a Police station a few meters from where I am staying and she must have known that because she didn’t come but kept calling me.
